Exactly so! Also, I do actually like the bottom three/dance off format, but they shouldn't just base their decision on the dance off. This is the second time that Lauren should have gone home, almost all her weekly dances have sucked and last time she was in the bottom, she wasted half her time taking off her stupid jacket...and this time, instead of booting her, they blew sunshine up her ass and said she gave what the judges were looking for...WHAT?!?
I am just fed up!

I thought I was the only one who thought this season sucked. Last season was so much better. I don't really care who wins, where as last year I watched every week fingers crossed (well, that's a bit exaggerated, but you get the picture)....
Cat or Kat or whatever is getting on my nerves, too...

I enjoyed most of the dances tonight, and the solos were interesting. They all looked very different even though it was the same dance.
I think Kam and Jaimie will go this week (granted, I think a certain obnoxious other girl should go first).

Jamie and Cam were my least favourites of the night. Dom didn't do too much for me either...
If Lauren's the "obnoxious girl" you were referring to, I think she did quite well tonight. For week's I've not liked her, but she was much more alive and impressive tonight for me.
Lacey and Sabra are still my faves -- we just might have a girl win this season yet!

I really didn't like them all doing the same solo. Instead of enjoying the dances I found myself actually trying to critique them! Plus, quit letting Wade Robson speak. He can choreograph and dance like hell but he's pompous so please muzzle him!
Lastly, QUIT IGNORING HEIDI!!!!!!! I swear, if she doesn't get to choreograph something I'll be upset. If they say a single word about her assistant, I'll be PISSED.

Last night, she was wearing a Marine's dress blue jacket that had the chevrons (patches) in the wrong place and upside down. The message boards at Fox.com was filled with some very upset Marines.

Last night I couldn't figure out what was "off" about her jacket. I'm glad it wasn't just me. I'm so sad Jaimie is gone.

So Mia's dance she choreographed for Lacey and Neil... beyond beautiful. Mia Michaels is hands down my favourite choreographer... she's just beyond amazing.
I want to see Lauren and Dom go tomorrow.

Wow Pasha and Sabra were on fire tonight! I wonder why Broadway and Quickstep were on the same card though, because they're kind of similar styles. You'd think you'd want each card to have 2 very different styles on them. I liked the Tango that Danny and Sara did and also the Mia Michaels piece performed by Lacey and Neil.
I also would like to see Lauren and Dominic go tomorrow. Despite their improvement tonight, they are still at the bottom. After they are gone, there are 3 very solid guys and 3 very solid girls left so it will be interesting to see what happens.

Am I the only one that's totally disgusted by Dominic and Lauren's kiss at the end?
I hope they go.

So, I think it was a lovely piece. But I think the backstory made people think it was a lot better than it really was. I mean, they did a good job and all, but I don't think people would have been as moved by it and thought it was so great if the intro piece had just said, "It's about reunion." I enjoyed it, but didn't think it was as great as everyone else did.
The Boradway and QuickStep comments - they aren't actually similar at all. Those 2 pieces just happened to be similar. The Quickstep is a couples dance and has a lot to do with the posture/hold and rhythmic foot movement. Broadway can be anyting. That piece happened to be fast and have some "swing" type movements like that particular quickstep had. If it had been more like a number from West Side Story, it would have looked completely different from the Quickstep perfromed.
All that said, I'd like Lauren and Dom or Neil to go home.

Agreed, but don't you think the choreographers already had the dances done, so knowing that they would be similar, they should have separated them?

That's a good point - but I wonder if they have any clue what the others are doing? The show should make a point of it, but with only a week in between live shows and the busy lives the choreographers have outside of this show, maybe they don't get them on the same page?
Glad Sarah and Dom are gone. Would have preferred it being Lauren, but I think next week is her week.
Also, random note, the red-headed lady who assists the ballroom guy (she also danced with Pasha when his partner got sick) was on What Not To Wear. She seemed really funny and cool on that, but she seems a bit bitchy on this show...Maybe b/c they give the assts. no recognition!
