I've seen a couple guys at Baylor named...Baylor.

Haha, wow. On the other hand, I guess they could say that it's their school.

Berkeley College - OTW, can you get me another smoking jacket?
Liberty University -- I think there have been a few Liberties around, but I wouldn't want my offspring to join that club
Baldwin-Wallace College -- that could be a first and a middle name
Denison University -- Deni for short
Franklin University -- Little Frankie, the bambino!
John Carroll University -- JC makes a nice nickname
Kent State University -- Kent will be KSUViolet's first child
Kettering College -- this kid will come out of the birth canal wearing glasses
Lourdes College -- Madonna's daughter
Oberlin College -- I went to high school with an Obie
Xavier Univeristy -- I know a few Xavier's and they are always good looking

Ok, so the brother of Mr. RN's best friend just had a daughter and they named her Berkeley. I don't know why. Neither of them went to college, so who knows??

And did they even stop for a moment to think how often throughout her lifetime the meanies will flip that right into "Barkley"?

Probably not. Those 2 are idiots, and probably don't stop to think period.

While I would never name my child Georgia while still living in the state (even though technically I live on the other side of the river in SC now but I still claim to be a Georgian), I have always liked the name Georgia for a girl.

I did think of a few names to pay homage to UGA, though...Sanford, Tate or Grady for a boy. Holmes and Hunter for twin boys. Ha. The only name I can think of for a girl would be Brumby and I wouldn't curse my daughter with that name (I hated living there).
