Our chapter was founded in 1974, although I can't remember the exact date. (I've been out of school for a while now!)

Brandi - congratulations on your chapter's success. Y'all are really excelling right now! Way to go!

I'm going to brag about my UGA girls for a minute. Their cumulative GPA this past semester was a 3.29. This is wonderful, because academics was something that they have been working hard to strengthen lately -- there's a lot of competition with some other sororities on campus.

I believe we adopted the turtle as our official mascot because our philanthropy is speech and hearing and turtles don't have ears. That's what I heard when I went through recruitment and I just think that is so cute!
