Yeah, it's cool. I saw the making of the video on MTV.

I'm not a fan of Brandy nor her brother, but I heard the song the other day. He may actually get some air play this time around. I think he has some "suggestive" lyrics, so I guess he will sell.

I like the new "Lady Marmalade" too. Mya sounds a little better than she usually does. Normally her voice is just too weak and strained for my taste.

And being the self-proclaimed bootlegger that I am ( ), I've had that Ray-J for a minute now, and I think it's pretty tight. Also, did you see his stomach in that video? Ahem.. maybe it's just me.

She is singing on a song with Christina (you know she can blow) and Pink (the "sista" has some pipes, too)!

Let me tell ya'll about lil bow wow and why my mother and i stood in line at the fox theatre in detroit at 5 am this morning to get tix to the 2nd lil bow wow show for my cousins. my other aunt was posted at a harmony house so she could get them if we could not. mind you my lil sister won a pair (front row!! you go girl!!) off the radio on thursday but my momma still needed a tick so she could take her and my other sister.

it started raining, then stopped, then there were 5 gazillion people at the breast cancer race for the cure across the street. then ten o'clock came (when tix went on sale) and people started shoving and cutting line and let me tell you how ugly momma's and dadd'ys got about that. they had to pull police officers over from the breast cancer walk. people were bribing people w/ money to let them cut or get them tix once they were inside....(shaking my head) for all that drama we went through he better pull my sister on stage and rap to her lol.

Why? all for some 11 yr old child who is not thinking about none of these girls in detroit. was it like this our parents took us to the icecapades and sesame street live? lol lol

well, i don't like ray-j's song or lil romeo. i think both are WHACK (do people still use that word?). what is with ray-j whispering through out the whole dang song? boy, sound like a man!! he sounds cake and lil kim sounds more masculine than him on this track (and i almost lost my grits when i saw him kissing on her neck. that's just disgusting!!)

Okay.. first of all I gotta shake my head at Poplife.

Anyway, I'm sure I'll catch fire for this since I started the "hating on Beyoncé" thread, but I have to say this. I know I admitted my bootlegging tendencies. So I got the new DC album the other day, and I have to admit that I'm kinda digging it, especially "Sexy Daddy" and "Brown Eyes". I think the legit copy hits stores May 1, so tell me what y'all think if you get it.

I'm gonna post this over in the Beyoncé thread too.

Hee! It's always nice to congratulate a new bootlegger. I don't know if you got the labeling program too, but that's a good idea. For awhile I rode around with all the unlabeled CDs in my car... annoyed my passengers to no end.
