It should be on SciFi and Hulu.

Yes, I watched. This was a heavy ep with all of the soul searching for Laura. Almost like she had to "find" her humanity again. How intense for her to realize that she had to save Baltar. Also, I cried during the reunion between her and Adama.
And, 3 is quite a smart cylon. She sniffed out the double dealing right away. Interesting how the 8 who had downloaded Athena's feelings felt so betrayed by Helo.
Lots of great things are happening in this last season...
Previews for next week look awesome!

Yes and yes.
This episode was definitely good. Episode before this one (dealing with the aftermath on the ship, Col. Tigh impregnating Caprica Six (EWWWW), Adama being all in love with Laura, Lee becoming president) was probably the weakest episode of the season so far in my opinion. This was definitely back on the right track, and I'm really excited about the finale.
As far as the hybrid children go, we've got at least three now - Hera and Nicky (Callie/Chief's kid), and a potential Cylon-Cylon kid with the Tigh/Caprica fetus. I didn't think the latter was even possible! I don't like this major retcon of Cylons can't reproduce so late in the series.
Wonder what will happen with Nicky when everyone finds out he is a hybrid? Who will get to keep him? Or is it only Hera that's so important because she's a hybrid?
And what's the difference between the hybrid that powers Cylon ships and the human-cylon babies? I've never quite understood that.

This is a great article regarding the mid season finale "Revelations"

I love this show. I can't believe we have to wait until 2009 to see the final 11 hours. AND, I am going to be so depressed when it is finally over.
Best show on television, beautifully acted, plotted and musically scored. I don't know when there will be this quality again.

Well, there's always the spinoff, Caprica, which last I heard has been green-lighted again. And I hear there may be another miniseries/made for TV movie in the fall.

I have heard of the Caprica show, I hope it has the same quality acting.
The thing that makes BG so good is the fine acting. Edward James Olmos and Mary McDonnel are amazing. The rest of the cast is great too.
Also, the music score is wonderful and adds so much to the plotting and pace of the show.
I just hope Caprica doesn't turn out to be one of those embarrassing sequel type shows that never matches up to the original. That would be a shame.
Are the same writers/producers doing it?

Agreed about the acting.
Yes, Caprica will be produced by Moore and Eick. I assume some of the writing staff will be carrying over. It looks to be much the same as Battlestar, long story arcs.
Of the casting notices so far, I've got to say that Esai Morales is PERFECT for the role of Adama's dad (pics on IMDB).
Here are some links about Caprica. The first is to various posts by Televisionary (my fave television blog) on the show:

Anybody else watch the new episode?
Pretty Grim... But beautifully acted as always. I just don't know if I can stand the sorrow this season.

I let out a GASP when Dualla encountered 'lead poisoning'! OMGs, part of me can't wait until next week and part of me dreads that each eppy is one more closer to the end...

Yea, I didn't really get that! I thought maybe she was possessed by the spirits on Earth (When she picked up the toys and locket) or maybe she was a Cylon. I wasn't expecting her to really die...
As for Starbuck, I had already figured that one out. My idea is maybe she was the person who caused the holocaust on Earth.
What I don't get is Helen....How is she??? She is dead!!!

Yeah, there's alot left to be explained! That's for sure.
I thought Dee killing herself was symbolic of the feelings of the entire fleet. How she told Gaeta that she just wanted that good feeling to last for a little while, then shot herself. All hope is lost for the members of the fleet. What they've been working for and hoping for all this time is dashed. Now what? Death might be better. Same feeling with the president - not taking her treatment. She is committing suicide as well. The burning of the "bible" also was symbolic of the anger and frustration of finding out that the prophecies were all for naught.
This season should be pretty intense.
I'm so glad that Obama finally pulled himself out of the malaise (and helped by Cylon Saul - great story arc) to rally the fleet.
The promos of the season - Civil War - geesh!! I sure hope there is resolution before they end the season.
