If you have it cached on your computer, then sometimes it will continue to show up even after the hotlink fails. That's why sometimes when you hotlink, you see the correct image, but no one else can. That's why hotlinking is for tools.
I'd post a pic here, but I'm not on my laptop, so I'd have to hotlink.

This morning, I heard her mentioned on the radio. They played a clip of her interview on a show (I wanna say GMA). The host asked her what's the meanest comment that she's read about her music and someone said "I hope you get an eating disorder so then you can be pretty and then I hope you cut yourself so you'll die." 
Nobody's song is THAT horrible.
