I know so many people that hate cooked fruit or warm fruit! Not uncommon at all.

Add to my list: any cooked greens. They're limp, soggy, and gross. I once got deathly ill after eating dandelion greens. (Don't ask.)

Lamb. Unless it's marinated for so long that the heavy, lamb-y taste is covered up.
Amen and amen....gross and yuck to both.

Finally, kindred spirits! SigKap and Soror Monet! I HATE bacon. I do not understand why people love it so much. Every year or so, I will taste a piece. But yep, I still hate it. I just don't understand.

Bacon, is my number 1, but I also dislike:

-cooked fruit (bleech @apple pie...or peac pie, etc. )
-scrambled eggs (I ate them all the time, then suddenly one day I found them revolting)
-yellow mustard (yucky)

Also, generally not a fan of chocolate. Will ALWAYS pick something fruity over something chocolately. People think I'm nuts.

I dislike mangos. My family used to have a mango tree in our first house- yet I disliked those mangos so much. In their current house, they have orange and tangerine trees- much better.

Add Beer to my list. I just don't understand the big deal about it.

I agree. I have tired all kinds and I think it tastes nasty.

Beer always smells like equine sweet feed gone rancid to me. . . I even tried a Guiness in Dublin (supposedly it is "better" at the mothership) - blech.

I will admit that it took me a little bit to get used to beer...and I still don't like anything really strong (or really weak, for that matter - Miller/Bud Lite=nasty)...and I'd rather drink a seasonal brew then a regular beer.

Peppers - even the littlest piece causes me to taste it for a week! Didn't taste good the first time either
Ranch anything - makes me gag and just tastes nasty
coffee - I'm a tea person but even that I'm picky about
sushi
vegetables that my mother cooks - she likes to cook things until they are dead (vegetables, meat, etc)
alfredo sauce
White Chocolate
Most canned vegetables (corn is okay)
pears
refried beans
sour cream
fake cheese (canned, slices, melted, etc)

Ew...mine too. And she puts enough salt and pepper on there for a year's worth of veggies. When I make veggies, I either microwave them covered in water until barely hot, or when I'm at work, I just add hot water from the coffee machine instahot and let them sit.

The ONLY beer I'll drink is Hornsby's. It doesn't have that nasty beer after taste...

Well, since I don't like olives, I don't like them on deviled eggs. But I know plenty of people who will put a slice of olive on the "yolk" as a garnish.

I've never seen aspic, so I've never had it. Again, maybe it's regional? It looks kinda weird... I'm going to google the recipe when I'm through with this post.
ETA: Hmmm... tomato juice, gelatin, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sugar and hot pepper sauce? I'm not getting a good vibe about this! What is this dish served with (or is it eaten by itself)?
It's served as a salad -- on lettuce and often with a dab of mayonaisse (homemade or Duke's, of course ) or a similar dressing on top.

I would point out that I detest lima beans, but I don't think everyone else loves those.
I do!

I'm with you on cherry pies, but apple pies and berry pies of any variety (blue-, rasp-, black-, straw-) are heaven on earth as far as I'm concerned.

And I hate rhubarb and pumpkin.

I used to be a really picky eater, but I've gotten better as I've gotten older.

I don't like:
- Raw tomatoes, unless in bruschetta in which case the olive oil counters some of the acidity
- Most seafood (though I love salmon - Pacific/wild salmon ONLY, no Atlantic salmon for me!)
- Eggplant, unless you're talking about the color
- White chocolate
- Curry and most Indian food
- Peas
- Cooked veggies, except for corn and green beans
- Avocados and guacamole
- Spicy "sauces"
- Most beans (black, lima, red, white, refried, garbonzo) - I don't like the texture
- Foie Gras
