Couldn't find any numbers on the house but the Delta Sig chapter at NC State lives in a converted hotel. It surely is competitive for the top spot.

I believe the house sleeps around 40. Surrounded by a golf course...not a bad way to spend 4 years of college.

This is the new Tri-Delta chapter house at Univ. of Florida

Univ. of Florida Delta Delta Delta Chapter House

An article gave some information about this new chapter house. It is about 25,000 sq. feet and will house 72 women in suite type rooms with adjoining study rooms. Important common areas are parlor, media room and library with piano. The most interesting aspect of the house is the fingerprint entry feature. Each member's fingerprint is used to enter the house for safety purposes. It also complies with all new handicap access and safety regulations. An elevator for the three floors assures wheelchair accessibility.

The Alpha Phi Sorority house at Oklahoma is over 30,000 sq ft and can sleep in the neighborhood of 100-110 active members. Its three stories tall in a large L shape including a circle drive in the front and second story patio off the presidents suite. Its nice...

I'm not sure what the largest fraternity house is but im sure the Sigma Chi house at Oklahoma is a good contender at 24,000 sq ft.

The Kappa Sigma House at Oklahoma is 19,000 sq ft with plans for a new 30,000 sq ft facility.

Wow. I had no idea EX was that large at OU. I've driven by it many times and it looks nice, but not HUGE. I guess it either goes back a ways, or goes underground?

Tri-Delt there seems like a really large house also.

Right now, the nation's largest fraternity houses in square footage may be at Florida State: Pike = 40,000 under one roof; Lambda Chi = 40,000 total in two buildings; Phi Delt = 40,000 total in three buildings. But the difference is that we don't house the huge numbers like fraternities in the west. We're each at about 60 live-ins. No one here could even imagine housing 100+ Brothers in one house.

I live at the Alpha Phi house at OU. Unfortunately we can't live in 100 girls its more like 86, but I do believe the square footage is about 30,000. Our bedrooms are a really good size. Our two girl rooms are about the size of average 3-girl rooms on our campus. And thanks for the complement on our house!

Pike at FSU is the biggest fraternity house in the nation... or so they claim.
I think Phi Delt's is a little bigger but its spread apart into two townhouse complexes and a main house with apartments.

No...
Pike's house at FSU is the largest in the nation with 40,000 square feet under one roof.
The Lambda Chis and Phi Delts both have beautiful and impressive homes, but the Lambda Chis have two singular houses separated by a courtyard, and the Phi Delts have three unconnected houses on one lot. The same architect designed all three: Pike, Lambda Chi and Phi Delt. I can't say who has the most total square feet, but the Pike house is a single building.

Whether Phi Delt is best, though, is a matter to be settled on the field of honor...

Wow! These chapter houses are huge! I can only image the number of new members every year or even the total number of active sisters! Yikes! I'd love to swing by the campus of UW to see their row of houses!
