Here are some more stereotypes that deserve to be dispelled:
Not all New Yorkers talk like Noo Yawkas
Not all Southerners are rednecks or marry their first cousin
Weight can sometimes be determined by biological factors (genetics), not always societal factors.
Just because a woman is beautiful, doesn't mean she can't be smart and vice versa
Just because someone has good looks, they lack a good personally and vice versa
This one stereotype debunker is dedicated to my anti-GLO Sophomore year roommate:

What, No Escalade with the rims that light up and keep spinning while you are stopped??? And what about drinking the 40 out of the bag (Old English, Colt .45)??? Or even better, always ordering Couvousier when you're at the club??? And your $300.00 pair of Air Jordans??? And I personally don't know JayZ from Ja Rule from Nelly from Ludacris from 50 Cent, and I really don't care. It's like that song from En Vogue "Free Your Mind"-those women said it all! At least the only sterotype about black men that is true is the most famous one...

Amen to the whoever said "just because someone looks like they come from a certain racial group doesn't mean they ARE part of that racial group" and the whole Just because I am of latin descent doesn't mean I speak spanish"
you see...I am black and white... but most of the time people think I look mexican or south american... (I've been asked if I'm mexican, brazilian, persian, hawaiian, egyptian, ALMOST any race with slightly darker skin) HOWEVER when people *Think* I'm mexican or from south america they speak spanish to me... (I'm actually norwegian, german, irish, french, native american, and african american) even if I was mexican/ or from south america that doesn't mean I would know spanish !
I can testify to the fact that not all black men can dance... or like basketball.... just meet my father...
Another thing that gets on my nerves... just because I'm short doesn't mean that I need taking care of or that I'm young...
Just because I'm in a sorority doesn't mean i'm going to sleep with you...
I can also testify that not all jewish people "look jewish" I worked at a camp that had *mostly* Jewish campers and some of them definitely did not fit the "stereotypical" jewish looks. 
not all people from San Francisco are gay
not all people from california look like the baywatch cast and spend their time surfing.
