UCSB has way more greeks than that. You have numerous LGLO, NPHC, MCGLO, AGLO, etc.

This is why you need to get your information from the source and not "I heard". My chapter is not under "National Review" nor is it under an "intervention". We are going through a recolonization effort this spring. I know because I am an adviser for it. And it's not just because of the chapter that we did poorly in recruitment, it has to do with other houses on campus as well, which will remain nameless, pulling stuff during recruitment which was a HUGE NPC violation.
People, let the chapters in turmoil speak for themselves and don't just make assumptions as to what is going on there or listen to what is being said. If I could count the number of stories going around about our "redvelopement" right now and got a dollar for each one, I would have a fist full of cash and be able to go to dinner.

UCSD Delta Sig is once again suspended. I'm assuming they're doing the same thing they did when I was still in school and operating without school recognition. I don't think their chapter was pulled. When I was still a collegiate, Delta Sig still had rush and big pledges classes. They were also very active with socials. Of course that upset the Greek Life advisor due to liability/insurance issues.
AEPhi doesn't actually start colonizing until this Spring from what I've heard.

Hey.. I'm a DG at SJSU..
We have...
IFC:
Alpha Tau Omega
Beta Theta Pi
Delta Upsilon
Kappa Sigma
FIJI (Phi Gamma Delta)
Pi Kappa Alpha
Sigma Chi
Sigma Nu
Sigma Pi
Theta Chi
Panhellenic:
Alpha Omicron Pi
Alpha Phi
Delta Gamma
Delta Zeta
Kappa Delta
(other greek orgs too)
The only org that doesn't have a house from those listed above is Sigma Chi.. Our Greek Row is basically on 11th street.. with Kappa Sigma, Sigma Nu, Kappa Delta, Theta Chi, PIKES (new house!) Delta Zeta and Delta Upsilon.. We (Delta Gamma) live off of 8th St. from FIGI, ATO and AOpi are side by side on the other side of campus and we have Alpha Phi, Sigma Pi, Beta on 10th street. Overall I think it's great. We for the most part all have a blast together.. and you see all sorts of greek letters on campus.

Sonoma State University
I'm an alumna of SSU - graduated in 1997. As of when I left, the groups were:
NPC
Alpha Gamma Delta
Alpha Xi Delta
Gamma Phi Beta
NIC
Delta Sigma Phi
Phi Delta Theta
Sigma Alpha Epsilon
Tau Kappa Epsilon
There were a few multi-cultural GLOs, too, but I'm not sure who's still around. I believe Delta Sig is no longer there, and there's a local sorority who is interested in extension.
The sororities are all around 60 members, and the fraternities varied from 30-50. Greek life definitely isn't huge there, but Greeks did/do have a presence (very active in student life, other campus orgs and activities, etc.). Sonoma does not have Greek housing, although many groups have "unofficial houses" off campus.
I loved my Sonoma experience!

That's great - they were always my favorite! Glad to hear they're back.
