What bothers me is that they have already had a person-who-almost-made-it-to-the-show-but-got-cut-the-last-round-but-came-back-next-season-and-won-it (Jaslene). So they CAN'T be going for that again.
I just don't get it.

Angelea reminds me SO MUCH of Jade (C6). I couldn't stand her during the cycle, but when I rewatched it I thought she was hilarious. Angelea's weird club walk last week really clinched that for me.
I still want her gone now though

I think they made the right call with Jessica- she was really pretty but wasn't getting into the high fashion stuff ANTM wants.
Krista apparently walks on water. I think the angular shadows helped emphasize (positively) her angular face- without those shadows, they may have still loved the photo but I wouldn't have. I'm just not really a fan, but I think she may well win. She has gorgeous skin and angles but she's not that pretty.
I thought Angelea looked downright draggish in her photo. The closeup was just plain ugly. Ouch. I think she can do good things, but not enough to win. Although the judges may think differently!
Raina... if she has a strong week next week, she could be a contender again.
Alexandra... she may have brought herself into condender mode- but maybe too late?

When you really think about it, most of the high fashion international models are not conventionally "pretty". They all have some weird thing going for them, like Giselle Bundchen (?sp). I read where she was turned down by a lot of modeling agencies because she has a big nose, but then hit it big.

Okay I've been avoiding this thread till I could wrestle the TiVO from my father. It's taken 2 days, but I'm finally there!

Yea!!! I'm not the only one who thought this! ANTM tends to recycle "characters" so it was about time we had another Jade. I kinda wanna watch some C6 eps now. I could use a laugh before bed.
I agree that it was time for Jessica to go. But the fire in the toaster was HILARIOUS. I'm glad to be a witness.
Angelea fell into that photo and Reina looked (symbolically) like a cat dipped in water--her expression read "I'm pissed and pouty and this is NOT funny."
I don't think Krista's very good-looking either--she's a little alien-esque to me. But then again, so was Tyra in her day. She'll probably hit it big on the runway but we (the commercial consumers) will never see her after that one Seventeen cover.

Well, that settles that. If it's down to those two, we know who's got it on lock.

What in the world was that blue thing Tyra decided to try and make into a shirt at final judging? I couldn't see anything but that, I was so blinded by it's weird ugliness.
Oh, yeah, no surprise on the winner.

I haven't seen it but I just googled the winner LOL
I'm SO mad just because of the fact that my favorite NEVVVER goes all the way. I thought for sure that I would pick the winner this time.

Yeah I didn't understand the blue thing either. I think the triangular shape was supposed to give an hourglass figure- broader shoulders, small waist... but umm she is already curvy so I don't think that's necessary. And I know ANTM is pushing the couture stuff but I feel like some things should stay on the runway (although even then...). But I'm obviously not in the fashion business
Yeah, winner was no surprise. It was cool to see the recent rejects on the runway too- they've done that several times but it seemed like they called more attention to it this time.

Well, change of pace with them not hiding the decoys on the runway this time. So much for sending them home from NZ. Alasia looked adorable in the show, though. Better than the F2 I think.
Winner was obvious, which made this finale painfully boring :/
I actually liked the space age style neckline and the color of Tyra's final judging outfit. But no more jumpsuits, please?
Lastly, I really miss the final three format. What is the point of this double elim?

I really think this goes to prove my point that the judges chose the person as the "winner" because they are the LEAST likely person (of the two) to get a contract and they know that without the ANTM prize (of a contract) that they would normally be screwed.
I'm sure Reina got a contract.
