It's true -- I didn't say much else about my life. If you'd like to check out my book, Wyoming Trucks, True Love and the Weather Channel, you can look at my website http://jeffekennedy.com or you can look the book up on Amazon. I'm also an environmental consultant for my day job, so I travel quite a bit. I'll be in Helena, Montana in November and Santa Fe in December. I might also be in Albany/Troy, New York in December or January. I'm thinking I might visit Syracuse while there, to see the mother ship. But if any of you are near my upcoming travel destinations, I'm always there a week and would be pleased to meet you!

Hi Sisters!
Here is my info:
initiated into Kappa Chapter (University of Minnesota- Minneapolis) in 2002
alumna member as of Spring 2005
History major
leadership positions held include: favors chair, COR chair, assistant MVP, and Philanthropy chair
favorite gamma phi memory: too many, but I always got very excited for recruitment and getting new sisters!

By the way, who all is planning on going to Convention in Phoenix this summer? I am curious as to what the cost is for alumnae to attend. Does anyone know?

I have gone to the last 4. The costs are approx the following:

Hotel: has been about $100 per night
Airfare: not sure what it will cost for you to fly to Phoenix
Registration: Around $500-$600 for the full time registration (includes all sessions and meals)

This year there is an additional day for alumnae programming (Sunday) and what I saw was that it's in additional costs.

I FINALLY got around to getting the book and it is very good! I'm only about 2/3rds through it but it's not long and is an easy read.

Thanks for the welcome! I saw a picture of some of the Madison alumni in the last Crescent---I know most of the girls! I'd love to make it up for a Badger game this season, but I'm not sure if my schedule will allow it. In anycase, good luck with recruitment (please keep me posted about how it's going) and Go Badgers!
