The row at UNT is not very impressive as a whole, but i was very impressed with the whole Sig Ep house, the outside of the Kappa Sig house, and the inside of the Sigma Chi house.
Our sorority row is very nice though.

NCST will have the best Greek village when completed. It would be a blast to live there. Looks like you are a 1 minute walk from intramural fields and a concert pavilion. I'd put up with living 2 houses away from Squids for that

Is Alpha Phi Alpha out there by itself because it owns a house already? Just curious.

As far as I know Alpha Phi Alpha is the only NPHC to have a house (it is actually owned by NCSU) currently. The house used to be the AKA house, but Alpha Phi Alpha moved in some time ago and have been big enough to maintain the house (it's not a huge house). The new Greek village is being put in right ontop of the old Greek Row...so houses are being torn down and roads are being redone now. The project should not interfear with the Alpha Phi Alpha house. The "townhouses" on the new Greek Village plan were planned with NPHC in mind. Many of NCSU's NPHC chapters are not big enough to put up the money to get one of the "big" houses that will be built, but the office of Greek life wanted some way to include them, so by putting in the townhouses, NPHC brothers and sisters can live together and meet in common areas in and around the village. Each NPHC group will also have a "plot" - not totally sure what that is, but they all get one!

They are the only NPHC with a house.
It is my understanding that it was the Alpha house before it was the AKA house. The AKAs were allowed to take over for a set number of years (for a reason undisclosed to me) and the Alphas reclaimed it 3 or so years ago. It's a decent house but the Alpha trees and plot outside of it are what get people's attention.

OU has my favorite 'row' hands down- the only houses I went in were TriDelt and Beta though.
Ole Miss has pretty houses as well... wish my campus did.

While this is completely biased, my favorite is definitely Greek Park at UCF. Far too many memories of having too much fun at parties, dinners, and serenades.

I haven't seen any greek rows except for Oregon States (where I go) and University of Oregon (where my brother went to school). I would really like to visit UW's greek row (especially the Sigma Kappa house cause I hear its a castle!) and maybe some of the California school's rows.
At Oregon State we have greek row (where my house is, down 26th street, and then back up 25th on the other side). There is also a row called "ghetto greek row" which is mostly on 13th where some houses are scattered.
University of Oregon's greek row wasnt very memorible. I remember seeing the sororities lined up but nothing too impressive (sorry).

I've seen the rows at:
Oklahoma: Very cool.
Oklahoma State: Loved the houses.
University of Tulsa: Great setup with the fraternity row and sorority row divided by a large field.
University of Texas: Not a fan, no actual "row", very spread out.
University of North Texas: Not bad. I like the single road for fraternity row.
SMU: VERY nice. I really like the setup there.
Arkansas: Very nice setup.
Kansas: ditto.

There talking about taking out the parking lot on the other side of the street, right across from the row to make room for more houses!
