And I'm new to the forum too, but do not feel that anyone has treated me inapproprately. I've made some dumb newbie mistakes, which the more active members of the forum have corrected, but I appreciate that, because in order to join a community you should adhere to its standards. If you don't like it, you can find another community.

I like how you're trying to establish "rules of conduct" for a website that 1) you don't own, and 2) has been around for over 7 years, just fine.

You can always start your own board somewhere if you want to govern how everyone responds to what you say.
