Fine, the story is the OJ wants to sue Ruby. That's why it's news. His lawyer was mentioned in the story commenting as well. Oh yeah, and claiming it was racism instead of sleaze-bagism.
Surprisingly, no one has spoken up and admitted to dining with OJ, which would be required to actually be able to sue. They must be really close, dedicated friends to avoid commenting to the media like that.
I'm sure Ruby called up the paper and said "Hey, I kicked out OJ want to write a story?" It couldn't be that the reporters saw the case, or that someone else, either waiter or customer, leaked the story.
