UGA rush
I'm just waiting to find out who the remaining groups are.
Will you tell us?
I wrote UGA recs for several of my former students, and a few really great girls dropped out of rush.
I suppose it is more humane to let people go early in rush early if you aren't really interested in them, but the girls going through take it very personally. Much more personally than they should.

A little more info on two of the three girls I know about. They both had three prefs today, and each has a favorite-at least going into pref! I'm just thrilled for them that they had three to go to. Good job! More tomorrow!

Guesses
You can make guesses, but I'm not going to tell you which 3 houses she went to today. I'll let you know tomorrow after she gets her bid. I wouldn't want to jeopardize her in any way. You never know who in the world could be on this site. Anyway, I'll let you know tomorrow which house she ended up in and the other 2 she preffed.
I can't wait! I also found out today that a girl who graduated from my high school (who was an absolute sweetheart) preffed at KD today! I'm so excited to be gaining such wonderful sisters all over the south this past week and in weeks to come!
Hope everyone is enjoying living vicariously through these girls as much as I am!

I can't wait!
The suspense is driving me crazy! I can't wait to hear from my friend. I really hope she got the one she wanted. I remember last year when I went through rush, bid day was like the longest day of my life. I just couldn't wait to find out where my new home would be. I'm sure she's going crazy, as it's her first day of classes as well. I'll let you know as soon as I hear. Hopefully she'll call me right when she gets her bid as opposed to tonight after her event. I won't blame her though, I understand how all the excitement can make you forget about everything else. 
Hope any girls or moms and dads of girls going through UGA recruitment are getting so excited! Good luck to all of you. Today is the day you waited for!
