Yeah, I was typing too fast when I said CA instead of LA.

had this prior to the announcement! I was genuinely shocked to see it - I thought that this was done in real time, and it's obviously on a minute or two delay!

Okay, Dierdre Downs went to Samford University, and will start at the University of Alabama's School of Medicine.
Does Samford have GLOs?

I can't believe I'm checking each of these websites listed! 
I actually have heard of someone named Dierdre Downs, but I can't place where! This is making me crazy!
The ADPi & AOII sites (at Samford) don't look promising, thus far...

Congrats to Alabama.
The pageant is still going on here on the west coast but I'm exhausted with a sinus headache so I cheated to find out who won so I could go to bed.
Well if she is greek, I'd LOVE for her to be an ADPi, since I'm partial to my own sorority  . But if we find out she is Greek, honestly it wouldn't matter, cause she's just greek. LOL.

I went to HS with this chick! i was realy good friends with her HS boyfriend at the time. actaully i think they are together still? man, if i would have known she was gonna be in it, i would have gotten together with the old crew and gotten sloshed!
and i had no idea she was in a sorority!
hah! i had no idea she was goin for Miss Amerca. I knew she was miss Orange county a few years ago.

We were at the theatre and missed the show. Was Miss Colorado in the hunt? She went to High School with two of our kids.

I came across this thread after looking at AL stuff, Yep this is old I know, but Miss Alabama Deidre Downs didn't rush at Samford. She's an AXO from Zeta Lambda chapter at UVA.
