Lilly Pulitzer has all kinds of pink and green going on!!
I want this dress.. ADORABLE!
A girl in one of my classes had a pink and green Lilly polo. So cute!

Back to the popped collar.. I think it only looks good on some people. There are far too many people on my campus that it pop their collars, but it just looks silly on them.

PlymouthDZ, there was a girl wearing that exact dress two weekends ago on the sunset dinner cruise we went on in Charleston...it was sooo cute! THe thing is that she was wearing it as a prom dress (which we didn't think was too cute!). But I do love that dress!

Help me I love preppy boys!

Ok that made me laugh, but you are one messed up lil leprachaun.
And, I would like to say I've outdone all of you, b/c today as I was driving on campus I saw a dude rocking THREE layered polos. Not one or two....Three. White, black, and neon green. The Solara almost went on a sidewalk rampage to take him out.

Slimmer cuts are absolutely the way to go.
I tend to like Polo and Brooks Brothers polos, but am open to trying Lacoste.

I'll be sure to give this fashion news flash to my son and his brothers tomorrow! I don't expect to see any "popped" collars though! Y'all KNOW how slow "SOME" of us are here in the South!!!

Lacoste is WONDERFUL - they make such cute, classic little things for girls. Think of Gwyneth's dresses in "The Royal Tenenbaums" - so retro, they're cool!

Are those the dresses that look like they're one long polo? I had a girlfriend who would wear those all the time...i hated them so much...but not as much as i hated capris.

Yeah, those dresses. And no, you can't wear them ALL THE TIME, but once in awhile, it can be just adorable - perfect for a kitschy date to the zoo or a county fair (do county fairs still exist - I've never actually been to one).
