94% (Dixie). Is General Lee your father?

Who goes "toilet papering" on "cabbage night?"

I didn't know there was a name for the night before Halloween. Yankee kids really say that they're going "toilet papering" on "cabbage night?" Sounds like bathroom humor.

Devil's Night is huge in Michigan. Where I used to live abandoned houses used to get burned down every year. Unfortunately the city pretty much gets trashed!!

I showed my NJ roots when I called it "Mischief Night". Eggs and shaving cream were sold out all over town until the police started hanging out at convenience stores.

Nothing that couldn't be cleaned up the next day (except maybe the TP) no one went as far as burning something down.

It almost pains me to say this but...

73% (Dixie). That is a pretty strong Southern score!

I SUCH a Michigander (though now in the NE) and can't believe I was so "Dixie". I guess it's my family's southern Hillbilly roots - I know it's not a "CRAY"fish. Almost all my answers said "predominant in the midwest and Great Lakes region", though, so like someone else said, there must be a link stronger than we think.

I LOVE that it said most of the country says Tennis Shoes except in the NE. Everyone here thinks I'm a freak for calling them that!

Speaking as the resident "Coca-Cola Widow", I can tell you this is just scratching the surface. Big Coke employs a HUGE chunk of GA, so mentioning the "P-word" is spoiling for a fight to some people.

Even in the Houston office, the correct terminology for that soft drink is "The other company" or "The competition." These people are NOT joking when it comes to marketing!!

Good thing we already like Coke/Minute Maid products or we'd have to build a speakeasy for our soda.
