Re: Prayerfull's comining to Boule

Good question Soror....

Who is planning our gathering? It would be good to see again all the sorors I met in LV and of course the newest additions to the AKA family.

Sorors, let me know how I can help.

I've decided to come to the Boule. I made a reservation today at the Hotel Preston, which is 5 miles from Opryland and 2 miles from the airport. It's a brand new hotel - opened in Feb. '04 and the rooms look very nice, from what I see on their website, with some great upscale amenities.

Here's the website: http://www.hotelpreston.com

I reserved at a rate of $79.00 per night, which is their "Try Us" promo - I guess to encourage people to stay at their property. Heck, for $79.00, that's all the encouragement I need.

Mr. Prayerfull is coming with me - - -but NO KIDS - - double Yipeeee!

I'm looking forward to meeting all of my Sorors from GC.

Who's planning our shindig?

Soror, we haven't either. Hopefully that'll be done next meeting. The last meeting was when we celebrated Founders' Day with Soror Norma White, so I'm sure this meeting will be recaps from SARC (going on right now as we speak) as well as Boule Business.

We chose Regional delegates in January, and our Boule delegates at the February chapter meeting.

Guess I'm committed now (not that I'm complaining).

Just sent off registration, along with several other Sorors. I'm excited still, and am also planning to see Yolanda Adams. Anyone else?

Yes, I'm planning to see Ms. Adams in concert. I'm not doing a heckuva lot else of extracurricular things, because I have two gatherings and maybe have to do a shopping seminar.

Won't make the concert

I plan on seeing Yolanda Easter Sunday for FREE!

Will be mailing my registration and my mother's next week, before the 15th.
