I would go with Alpha Xi, because I married one. Other than that, AXO or Pi Phi.
PS, what school are you referring to the Betas?

If I were a guy at UK, I think I'd be a FIJI. They were my favorite fraternity.

I really do think if I had been a guy at Florida Tech, I would have been a TKE. I used to hang out with another fraternity my first semester because all their pledges lived on my floor and I played soccer with them, and I was invited to the TKE Winter Formal by a friend. I knew a total of 3 of their brothers and I had more fun with these guys that I didn't even know than with the guys who I considered my closest friends. Hence why I continued to hang out with them.

From my college campus - Sigma Chi, Sigma Phi Epsilon, or Phi Kappa Psi (all great organizations and a lot of fun to hang out with/get to know!); also Lambda Chi Alpha (if I had been there the following year to get to know them, but my diamond sister said they were absolutely wonderful!)
From my (limited experience) advising campus - Delta Sigma Phi, Sigma Alpha Mu, Phi Kappa Psi, Delta Upsilon

I'd more than likely be a TKE, for some reason I always seem to be around them one way or another
But, if no Teke's were around I'd probably go for QC or SFE.

Either A)Zeta Psi b/c my boyfriend of 4 years was one and all of the brothers there were just the coolest, most down to earth guys and I consider pretty much all of them to still be good friends, B) Delt-they were really chill and laid back guys but still managed to be one of the top houses on campus-plus they had the surfer guy kinda look going on which I thought was SO hot
