Yes, the chapters make up NPC and I meant the delegates of ZTA and AXiD would vote, not myself in particular. The groups interested in expanding to UTEP sent in their packets to the Greek Advisor and those that ND are interested in will give a presentation open to all of NPC members.

Proud to say that finally we have all been informed that Alpha Sigma Alpha and Alpha Gamma Delta are coming down in May to give presentations!
