I was surprised that Nigel called out the choreographers. They've never done that before. They've always blamed any inadequacies on the dancers. I wish they had called out the choreographer in past seasons when Dan Karaty created those craptastic routines.

I was on a plane last night so I missed the show, but just watched Melissa and Ade on youtube. Loved it, love Melissa.

But somehow the word love loses all meaning after watching the guest dancers tonight, because I loved them. I cannot get over how fabulous their bodies were, and hate that in the beginning they hardly showed the female dancer at all. To hold a squat like that for so long? It made my quads scream just watching it!!! Wow. I wish they had dancers like that on every results show. And more of them instead of the stupid lip syncing pop stars.

I was (pleasantly) surprised that Caitlyn and Jason weren't in the bottom. I think it was good to see Jeanine perform a solo...she's excellent on her own, and not just pulling votes as "Phillip's partner."

I still don't understand why the judges like Kayla so much. In fact, I am really starting to dislike her now. Both times she's been in the bottom the judges have told her that her solo is nowhere near good enough, and yet they CONTINUE to fawn over her. GAG!!!

I'm also happy that Jeanine was able to perform a solo. I'm sure that having Phillip as her partner has been difficult. He doesn't have a good understanding of most types of dance, which can make her look bad as part of the couple.. and he tends to overshadow her in the hip hop routines (even though she does exceptionally well, especially considering it's not "her style").

And I completely agree with your second point. This is what made me question last night why they "dance for their lives." There seems to be no point if those dances have no bearing on the judges decision.

Kayla and Kupono shouldn't have been in the bottom 3 last night based on their Tuesday night performance... I think that the judges take more into account than just their solo when making a decision.

That said, I think the entire B3 was wrong, wrong, wrong last night!

Who would you have put in the bottom?

Like I said earlier, I though C&J would have been there instead of Phillip/Jeanine, but other than that I thought it was right.

Yes, they did the quick step, which I thouroughly enjoyed. But, I think that they will probably be bottom 3 also.

Caitlyn and Jason just keep drawing the short straw in terms of choreography! I think they are both amazing dancers, but they aren't getting any help with the themes of the dances - the paso where they are dressed like Star Wars characters (IMO), the alien thing with the tin foil?? Poor things!!

I don't know who else will be in the bottom 3, I thought all the other dances were really pretty awesome!

It's a great show, dancers, regular people, alll putting their justice into dancing. Beautiful, but come on guys. It's all staged, they don't really do those dances, how can you believe that? They're just actors.

Yeah not so much. My friend was on the first season and she's definitely a dancer not an actress. I don't even know why I'm wasting my time writing this...

HAHA. There really is a point where you can be too cynical.

I really like Jeanine and Janette. I loved seeing Jeanine's solo. I wish we could see all of the solos, not just the bottom three, because it would be so fun to see what they put on themselves and not choreographers, as they can be weird -C&J-.

^ once the show gets to the top 10 all of dancers do a solo, so hopefully your favorites will still be there for that.
