I think anytime there's a male with the same first and last name, they add jr., or III, IV, etc. So, since Russel is a Simmons, he has to have some way to be distinguished from his uncle.........

Russy is not Russell's son, so there was no need for Run and Justine to add Jr. to that boy's name.

Run says some off the wall to stuff to Justine that makes me CTHU...for instance when she got the trainer...he said I like when we did WW and he said he lost the 50 pounds, and he said that she lost "tons" of wight...so Justine was like why you gotta say "tons"...so Run was like well I don't know how much you lost so it was "lots" of weight...I was falling the hell out.

Now I know that Vanessa, angela ane Jo Jo are from Run's first marrriage, but where is their mother? I mean is she in their lives at all...cuz I'm saying she could have at least come to Angela's graduation....I remember when Run got divorced the first time.

LOL! Yes, Soror, we gathered that you're hooked on this show and remember when Run got divorced the first time.

I love this show. They are funny. My favorite quote was when Justine ate the ice cream and her trainer said "if you were eating ice cream, I'd be mad." Justine said "for real." She tried to cover it up by saying "I mean...'for real' like you really take this serious."

I guess I have to look closer, because I thought it said Russell II not Jr. To me that makes a difference. But then I am probably the only one that didn't know that Russell and Run were brothers.

I enjoyed the show (just saw it all yesterday thanks to my daughter's TiVo.) They seemed so down to earth in spite of their wealth. And Run had me cracking up all the time.

Someone said they changed it from Jr. to II so that may've happened by the time you watched the show.

I'm mad you didn't know they are brothers. That's hip hop trivia right there.

Hey ladygreek when the show first came on it said Russell Jr, and then as the show went along and probably by the time you viewed it, it was changed to say Russell II
