I need sleeping pills but I'm afraid that I may get hooked and NOT be able to sleep w/o them.

That's what I'm scared of too. I've been having nightmares every night so I probably need them, but I don't want to get hooked.

If we need anything, we tend to use melatonin around our house, and with good results. There is time-released melatonin now for people who go to sleep using it but wake up later in the night.

I took a ton of NyQuil last night and I was wide awake!! How the hell do I have the opposite reaction??
