Anybody think there's a chance CJ will be VP?

I was wondering about that; a couple of episodes ago, she didn't seem thrilled about the private sector offers. The only thing is, she and Santos haven't had much interaction this season.

They'll come out of left field with something.

All i have to say is that tax refund money better be here soon i am buying all the seasons on DVD!
ALSO because of my bad typing i need to correct something i was trying to say was Kristin Chenowith is a hands down a knock out singer. I was listening to her album and WHAT A VOICE!

I think McNally would be coming way out of left field; part of me now thinks CJ will definitely be in the mix after the conversation between her and Josh.
It was good to have Rob Lowe back on the show - Sam was one of my favorite characters when the show started.

I heard her when she was in "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown" while watching the Tomys. You are right, she has a great voice. My question is this, if she won the Tony for Glinda in "Wicked", how did Idina Mendzel win one also for "Wicked"?
/hijack
I actually have watched West wing for the last few weeks (I am SO SICK of Extreme Makeover, plus I really liked John Spencer.) I think they have done a great job handling his death in the show. It is great to see all the old characters from when I watched, but my only complaint is I almost feel like they are trying to squeeze too much into the last few episodes.

Idina Menzel was the Wicked Witch (Elphaba) in Wicked, while Kristen Chenowith was Glinda, the good witch.

Good episode. I loved seeing Sam Seaborn back in action, him and josh together were always my favorite parts of the earlier seasons. Whoever said something is up with CJ is right - her interaction with Josh was very interesting.

Idina Menzel won the tony for Elphaba in Wicked. Kristen was nominated in the same category for Galinda/Glinda in Wicked but did not win. She won a Tony years before for Charlie Brown.

Thank you aabby! I thought that may be the case, but wasn't sure. Either way, they are both outstanding actresses!

Well... tonight's the night The West Wing is coming to an end. Re-run of the first episode at 8 p.m. Eastern/7 p.m. Central, followed by the final episode at 9 p.m. Eastern/8 p.m. Central.
There was supposed to have been a retrospective show before the final episode, but plans for that got canned and instead we got the first episode in its place.
And I'm missing The Sopranos for this? Gawd, hope Tony S. and his crew don't put out a contract out on me! (Not to worry, I can catch the West Coast feed later.)

it was a pretty good episode - i loved the gift Bartlett opened on the plane. that napkin has made many appearances on the show over the seasons. It was nice that we found out what positions a few people would be taking, like the secretary, Anabeth as the press secretary for the 1st lady, the hot guy taking Charlie's office...
I probably missed this in a past episode, but did we ever find out who told Toby the classified information?

I believe that his brother was an astronaut.
I thought the final episode was good -- not one of their great ones, not one of the worst.

Yes, Toby's brother was an astronaut. One can assume that's where he got the info from about the shuttle, but it never clarifyed that. I did enjoy the episode overall but I felt it was rushed b/c they only made it an hour. They tried to make the last episode similar to the first episode by showing the new people coming into their offices, etc. and just how awestruck they were.
