Jennifer was having a lesbian affair with Angelina Jolie! No way! At least Angelina has kids, so Jennifer wouldn't have to get pregnant!

I remember hearing that constantly. They (magazines and the entertainment shows) kept showing pictures and talking about the "chemistry" that Angelina and Brad had on their movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Who knows though. People have "chemistry" all the time, it doesn't mean they go out and have an affair.
Let me tell you...I don't want kids at all...my husband does...did we discuss prior to engagement?? Yes, we did..and deeply-and it's a hard issue-and one I struggle with daily...
We have no clue who dumped whom...or why...but if it's about kids, lets get over it and not point fingers-who knows what you would do in the same place??
JennRN, Don't apologize you have every right to your opinion. Whether people agree or not they need to respect it.
All I know is for me, personally, I would have incredible difficulties marrying someone who didn't want kids, because I most definately want them.
Like AXiD670 said, people change. Some who might have wanted kids before marriage might decide later they don't want any (in vice versa).
Having never been married, I obviously cannot possibly understand the "discussions" that married people have on children or no children.
I think we need to remember is that people are basing their opinions off the assumptions the press/tabloids are making.
Everyone has a right to their own opinion, I know kids are a "touchy" subject, but we need to remember to respect peoples opinions and we seem to be "edging" away from that and begin going on the defensive. IMPO.

YOU GUYS! I have Brad on the phone here, and he's asking if I can find some random ass girl on the interweb who will marry him and have at least five babies. Angelina is dating an Italian playboy.
Everyone in the industry who is close to Jen and Brad was shocked by this news. Friends of ours are friends with them and none of us heard about it before the media broke.
Here is what mr. amycat and I were thinking may be why they broke up--
1. Like most Hollywood couples, they didn't spend enough time together
or
2. Now that Jen is not working regularly on Friends, they are together too much.

I kinda feel like Brad was the "giver" in the relationship and the more loving one. Like he was more about the family part and such.
I dont' know. In Rolling Stone *i think - maybe Elle or something* Jennifer was doing a interview towards the end of friends and while Brad was in the beginning stages of making 'Troy'. And Jennifer was smoking during the interview and mentioned that her husband recently began the pursuit of giving the habit up due to his desire in getting fit and healthy for Troy. And she said something like "He wants me to quit b/c he finds it hard to be around me when I smoke so much. But I laugh at him, why would I quit for him?" 
Okay... for starters.... its the love of your life asking you to do something healthy for you and him both.
Second.... screw no.1.... HE'S BRAD PITT... AND HE'S GETTING IN BETTER SHAPE - SO HE'LL BE HOTTER...AND ALL THE SOB WANTS IS YOU TO QUIT SMOKING! AND YOU LAUGH AT THIS!!

OMG!!!!!
Another thing, she has mentioned she did want kids and it is 10 times easier to become pregnant when your NOT smoking. Plus, it's uh little bit healthier for the baby when your not smoking. No offense to these stars but it seems like they don't use the brain god gave them.
(insert sarcasm) Shame on Brad for wanting his wife to be healthy and for wanting himself to be healthy.

I really am sad that they are over. I guess it also proves that no matter how beautiful you are, you still can have problems. I think there is a general perception in life that beauty is the panacea for any of life's problems....
I really did like the two of them together.... 
I guess this also SORTA KINDA shows that somehow the gossip rags know something before everyone else does. How do they do it??? Not everything they say or print is real, we know that, but they sort of sniffed around this story for awhile....
Weird! I wonder if celebrities every leak stuff about themselves to these rags so that they get publicity???

a rep for the couple was on good morning america (or one of those early morning shows) this morning and said that Jennifer initiated the separation and it had to do with an actress Brad had been working on a movie with recently and his "infactuation with her."
the rep also said that Jennifer became a bigger star than she had anticipated and doesn't want to give up her acting career now that it's hot
so what did i tell yall? hhahahah if you reread my post on page 2, i said almost the exact same thing. still sucks they're separated though
