One of the first chants I learned was:
BEER, DRINK BEER
O come drink a beer with me
I don't give a damn about any ole man
That won't drink a beer with me!
So raise that old silver goblet
With that P-H-I M-U
And we'll all have another round of
Beer! More Beer
Cuz it's not for knowledge
That we're here at college!
Its to HAVE FUN
While we GET DRUNK
While we RAISE HELL
While we're HERE
Drink Beer!

drinking song
take down your blue and gray goblet, with the zeta crest on it,
and we'll all have another round of cheer(shout) MORE BEER,
for it's not for knowledge that we came to college, but to
raise hell while we're, raise hell while we're, raise hell while were here
singing zeta tau alpha, singing zeta tau alpha, (insert chapter name) is the best sorority, when the keg runs low on fraternity row, sing a toast to old z-t-a.

A little repetitive, but gets the point across:
Sung to "Auld Lang Syne"
More beer, more beer,
More beer, more beer,
More beer, more beer, more beer,
More beer, more beer, more beer, more beer,
More beer, more beer, more beer!

That's definitely from a "real song" (put out by some musical group and played on the radio at some point)
I think the words are pretty similar at least

Some of the guys at my school do this one:
Here's to the girls who buy all the shoes
They drink all our beer and steal all our booze
They may not have their cherries but that's not a sin
Cause they still have the box, that the cherry came in!
Yeah, it's great.

At my past black diamond formal a Theta Chi was doing shots or Jager with the Pikes and he said simply:
For Honor,
or to be In her!

We use one like this taught to us by our Rutger's Chapter and I know that we've passed it on to other chapters.
To Honor, Don't Dishonor
Get Honor Stay Honor
Don't get off until you get off honor
Don't come in her come honor
DAMN PROUD!!
The other one we use is.
Here's to he's true blue,
he's a Phi Sig through and through
he's a Phi Sig so they say
Was gonna go to heaven but he went the other way
So drink!!! Suck it up!! Suck it Up!! Suck it Up!!!(until drink is gone)

A fellow phi sig. I know the first one you put up, it's onewe use in my chapter, though I think with some variation. The second one we use as well, in whales tales. Heres the first one I learned as a pledge.
it's a leader follower kind of thing
leader (a): heres to you!
everyone else (b): heres to me!
a: best of brothers-
b: we'll ever be.
a: if we ever-
b: disagree,
everyone: FUCK YOU HERE'S TO ME!

I'm A Howling Sigma Chi
I'm A Howling Sigma Chi (listen here)
Tune to "Ta-Ra-Ra-Boom-De-Ay"; written in 1889 by Samuel R. Ireland (Michigan 1889)
Quote:
I'm a howling Sigma Chi, seldom cuss and never lie;
Never drink old nasty beer, cigarettes I greatly fear.
My old man's a good old soul, he don't know I'm in the hold;
When my monthly song I sing, charge up drinks as "soap and things."
Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay! Ta-ra-ra Sigma Chi!
Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay! Ta-ra-ra Sigma Chi!
Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay! Ta-ra-ra Sigma Chi!
Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay! Sig o' Sig, o' Sigma Chi!
Football, baseball, basketball, Sigma Chi has got the call;
In her classes high she'll stand, Rides the wagon with the band.
In fifty-five she had her birth, in seventy-two she owns the earth;
On judgment day whon't we feel big, Old Gabriel will be a Sig.
Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay! Ta-ra-ra Sigma Chi!
Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay! Ta-ra-ra Sigma Chi!
Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay! Ta-ra-ra Sigma Chi!
Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay! Sig o' Sig, o' Sigma Chi!
I'm a whooping Sigma Chi, I've sung my little lullaby;
When Sigs try hard they will get there, from shooting craps to leading prayer.
With honors, girls, or spikes in view, We're always on the winning crew;
When dust clears off from college scraps, the Sigs will be the on-top chaps.
Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay! Ta-ra-ra Sigma Chi!
Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay! Ta-ra-ra Sigma Chi!
Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay! Ta-ra-ra Sigma Chi!
Ta-ra-ra-boom-de-ay! Sig o' Sig, o' Sigma Chi!

My Name is Sigma Chi
My Name is Sigma Chi (listen here)
By Charles H. Eldridge (Purdue 1885), sung to the tune of "Solomon Levi"
Quote:
My name is Sigma Chi, sir, and I live across the green,
Our gang, it is the jolliest that you have ever seen;
Oh we drink our stein of lager and we smoke a big cigar,
Our yell, you hear it ringing thro' the country near and far.
Oh, who am I, sir, I'm a Sigma Chi,
Sigma Chi, sir, will be till I die. Hey!
We're up to snuff, we never bluff, we're game at any fuss,
No other gang in college dares to meet us in a muss;
So fill your lungs and sing it out and shout it to the sky,
The Blue and Gold forever, I'm a loyal Sigma Chi!
We may not live forever on this jolly good old sphere,
But while we do we'll live a life of merriment and cheer;
And when our little day is done and night is drawing nigh,
With parting breath we'll sing the praise of good old Sigma Chi.
Oh, who am I, sir, I'm a Sigma Chi,
Sigma Chi, sir, will be till I die. Hey!
We're up to snuff, we never bluff, we're game at any fuss,
No other gang in college dares to meet us in a muss;
So fill your lungs and sing it out and shout it to the sky,
The Blue and Gold forever, I'm a loyal Sigma Chi! Hey!

Back in my days in the Air Force, there's a few drinking songs that were classics... though in these politically-correct days and times they're no longer sung.
Oh, there are no fighter pilots in the States,
Oh, there are no fighter pilots in the States,
Oh, they're all in foreign shores, making mothers outta whores,
Oh, there are no fighter pilots in the States!
Oh there are no fighter pilots down in hell,
Oh there are no fighter pilots down in hell,
Oh, the place is full of queers, navigators, bombardiers,
But there are no fighter pilots down in hell!
Oh, a bomber pilot never takes a dare,
Oh, a bomber pilot never takes a dare,
Oh, the autopilot's on, reading novels in the john,
Oh, a bomber pilot never takes a dare!
Oh, there are no fighter pilots up in wing,
Oh, there are no fighter pilots up in wing,
Oh, the place is full of brass, sitting 'round on their fat ass,
Oh, there are no fighter pilots up in wing!
Oh, there are no bomber pilots in the fray,
Oh, there are no bomber pilots in the fray,
Oh, they're all in USOs, wearing womens' fancy clothes,
Oh, there are no bomber pilots in the fray!
Oh, it's naughty, naughty, naughty, but it's nice,
Oh, it's naughty, naughty, naughty, but it's nice,
It'll wreck your reputation, but increase the population,
Oh, it's naughty, naughty, naughty, but it's nice!
