I dont know if its as creepy as it is annoying, but the one for Citibank small business solutions where the 'small business owners' are standing there and they are beeping and booping like they are pressing buttons on a phone DRIVES ME NUTS.
Beep, boop, beepboop. SHUT THE PHUCK UP.

Yeah, but it is funny when the guy says "please hold" and starts singing some cheesy song that you would hear when on hold!

There's this rogers commercial that has a young teenage boy talking to his mother on a cellphone. A young teenager stands nearby
"How was dinner with Ashley?" says mom
"Good. Ashley's heading home now and I'm going to head over the Billy's" says the son, looking kinda nervous about lying to his mother
"OK, just don't be too late" says mom.
They hang up and the boy and girl look at eachother with anticipations.
At a restaurant, the mother goes and sits down next to her husband.
"How was dinner with Ashley?" He asks.
"Do you remember our first date?" She asks with this kinda "heh heh" all knowing smirk on her face.
(this commercial is for Rogers Cell phones)

What's so weird is that "Frank" in the BallPark commercials is the little brother of Jim Belushi on his ABC sitcom.

I'm reminded of that Primus video from the mid-90s with the Primus guys in the cowboy rubber suit things like the Burger King.

Those Stayfree commercials creep my out. The one where the lady stops shoppers in the maxi pad isle of the supermarket and asks them if they ever worry about odor is bad enough. I just saw the new one where the lady asks shoppers if their "ultra-thin ever gets wet and sticky". EWWWW!!!!! I did NOT need to hear that.

OMG I saw a commercial the other day for some Carl's Jr. hamburger where an animated fetus is asking mom if she's eating jalapenos again or something like that. It was even worse than those terrible Quiznos commercials with the talking kid. I'll have nightmares.

I was just thinking this...I really doesn't freak me out...but they are just in bad taste.
Now the one commerical that does freak me out is the one with the SUV splitting apart when it comes to crossroads, I know it shouldn't creep me out but it does. I keep thinking "you're not an ameoba damnit, stop it"

Lamisil
For some reason that commercial for Lamisil tablets (the ones for toe nail infections) always makes me cringe -- right when the little monster guy lifts the big-toe nail and jumps on in.
EWWWWW!
Always makes me cringe!
