Her car did turn out very nice - not too "pimped out". And I'm with you and the TVs in the cars. What did happen with the flame throwers? I think I missed that part because I left the room and my young'un was in charge of the remote during the commercial. . .

The guy in charge made them take off the flame throwers because they aren't street legal. I wanted to cry when I saw how badly that mustang had been treated. Hopefully she'll take good care of that beauty.

That show is the BOMB! I want to buy me a hellafid jacked up car just so they can go hook my stuff up so loverly. (Don't trip over hellafid and loverly, I like to make up words).

did yall see Mike (the one who came up with the TV and couch on the flat bed for Jared's truck) do the butterfly last night on TV. I was like boo step into 2004. He is the one who annoys me the most when he talks. He is so corny.
Have yall noticed Xzibit's gifts. Of the ones I remember, let's compare:
Nile ~ several pairs of shoes
Matty Mustang girl ~ new surfboard
Antwon (proactiv applicant) ~ got a pad of paper to draw on
Jared ~ skateboard
Is it me or did Antwon get jipped because he could clearly get that pack of paper from CVS for like $10.

Don't forget that X also gave Nile the shoe rack in the trunk (the shoes were from Steve Madden), and I think he gave Christine the massage chair (not sure though)

Hey did you all forget that it now comes on on Sundays?
I watched it last night. That Trans Am was nothing nice but at the end they hooked it up.
I cannot wait for next Sunday to watch what they do to that yellow truck. 
I am trying to get my mom to watch it. Maybe she can check it out on Tuesday at 6:30.

Thanks for the repost time. The young'un got upset at da-da last night because he made her go to bed and she couldn't watch it. I told her it would be back on sometime Saturday as a rerun, but she didn't believe me. I'll make sure she catches this one (and me too!).

I liked the Trans Am. The chandelier was a bit much, but it added to the overall ghetto fabulousness of the car.....

Has anyone seen the show Overhaulin on TLC? It's like pimp my ride except the owner doesn't know that the car is getting redone. And they COMPLETELy redo the car.
There was a 71 Chevelle on there yesterday and they gave him a new suspension, new engine, new trans, custom interiors, custom HAND PAINTED hood, newly designed rims. I mean, nothing on that car was the same. It had to have cost at least $35K. It was a beauty though.

His friends and boss were all in on it. They pretended that an informercial was being shot and needed several Chevelles. So, his boss told him about it and he met the fake director of the informercial and left him his car.
