I dont have dangles presently but plan on buying them. I'm eligible for the following:

Advisory Board
Alumnae
Scholarship Chairman
Panhellenic Representative
Big Sister
Graduating Senior(though I probably wont buy this one)
2 Scholarship Pearls (3.5 and higher and I probably will only buy one)

We have a centennial dangle too, but I dont know if I'm eligible for that one because I wasnt a Theta during our centennial much less alive But if I find out I am, it'll get added too

Hmm, I hadn't thought about having more than one lamp dangle since I have more than one little sister. Who else wears one dangle per little sister?

What one are you going to get to signify Alumnae Panhellenic Rep? I am for my association and wanted to get one, but wasn't sure if there was a separate one from the staff and laurel dangle (I think that's the one). I guess what I'm asking is, do you just use the same one as if you were a collegiate?

I still have the treasurer one hanging on my badge. Never bought, but would have worn the Lieutenant Commander and the Marshal ones. Perhaps a few others. It would have looked like a charm bracelet.

TriDelta Dangles

As for TriDelta dangles are used but like someone mentioned its more of a chapter thing! At Pansy Brunch all the Alums that were active in the 70's had like 10 dangles because it used to be a small chapter. I also saw sisters with them at convention but never a convention dangle ....I guess it just depends on the chapter.

I don't have a chapter guard right now...I'm going to get a plain one for my badge soon, but I can't decide what color to get because my badge is two-tone.

I also have a "rescued" badge that's a pearled Phi, and I'm thinking about getting a crest guard for that, but I might get a chapter guard so it will represent her chapter and mine.

Anyway, dangle wise, I am entitled to:

*Scholarship Chair
*Standards Chair
*Webmaster
*Panhell
*Personal and Chapter Enrichment
*Alumnae
*Scholarship Advisor

I have a charm bracelet my parents gave me for Christmas, and I'm going to buy the dangles at our convention this summer!

Hjgreek.com does. Not sure if they'll have it for your org in particular, but check them out.

Oh and I only have the ritual dangle (a candle, for Marshal). I could get dangles for membership and secretary, too. I thought the membership thing looked weird. Actually, the quill for secretary is kinda cool...hehe

In my collegiate chapter, very few of us sprang for a guard. But now that I'm in the alumnae world, I feel it's important to get a guard to show what chapter I'm from and I see them more on the alumnae side. I am starting to get back involved and thought it'd be nice to finally get all my dangles:

Recruitment Counselor
Ritual Chair
Big Sister (didn't know you were supposed to get one for each little, I think 1 dangle to represent both of my littles is enough).

I'd like to get some alumnae ones sometime in the future as well. My collegiate chapter didn't keep up with the pearl dangles very much when I was in college but towards the end they started awarding them and by then I had senioritis

On a side note, I totally understand the thought behind allowing the badge to stand alone out of respect for its meaning but I also think the whole guard/dangles ensemble shows your own personal history in the organization and that's something to cherish too because everyone's will look slightly different.

I don't have any dangles, as I was never a chapter officer and the chairs/positions I held do not have dangles available yet.

Currently, only the following positions have dangles:

The Officer Board (Exec) positions: President, Vice President, Membership Recruitment Director, Treasurer, Secretary, Education Director, Panhellenic Delegate

Chairs: Alumnae Relations, Webmaster, Ritual Chairman, Member-At-Large

We also have a special Leadership Consultant dangle as well.

I think Chapter Guards and Dangles are really cute! But my chapter doesn't use them... I don't think they ever have. I kind of wanted to start up a tradition, but I would probably be the only one to do it, haha.

I love that charm bracelet idea! It's a great alternative to the actual guard.

I think I'm eligible for another dangle because I'm the secretary for my alumnae association now. Hmm...

Ok, correction: there is no separate dangle for alumna secretary. The only alumnae ones (at least in the KKG section) are pres, VP, and treasurer.

Oh, I could get a house board dangle! Lol! I'm not an advisor yet, but I like the wing!
