Ahh, there is your keyword "most" again.

Let's examine this further, shall we?

Lie #1 - OK, so if we find nuclear weapons then we can assume part of this is out the window, except for the part about enriching uranium which still makes it a lie.

Lie #2 - There has never been any evidence of Saddam even attempting to purchase uranium from Africa (current CIA leak story relates to this).

Lie #4 - doesn't pertain to WMD.

Lie #6 - I just have to laugh at these UAVs which can only fly 300 miles, yet they might be used for missions targeting the U.S.

Lie #9 - No weapons of WMD found anywhere, futhermore none in Baghdad or Tikrit where they were supposed to be. If these weapons are found and it's not in this area, this is still a lie.

Lie #10 - All I have to say is weather balloon station sold to Iraq by the British.

So if Weapons of Mass Destruction are found that will nullify from what I can tell four of the ten on the list. This is assuming that they will find such weapons which they have said for months and months they knew that Iraq had them, they knew where they were located, blah blah blah.

I love David Kay btw - it's so and so last week and now it another thing this week.

No problem. The NY Times and the LA Times. You can also look for a recent USA Today article if you like bubble gum. Did you watch an actual interview or simply read a few reports?

How does the weapons inspector go from "there is no evidence what-so-ever of WMD's" to "we have found 17 labs or whatnot" in one week?

Come on. Who wouldn't be at least a little suspicious of the chief weapons inspector doing a 180 degree shift shortly after the worst job ratings the administration has had are released.

Even the President himself said two or three weeks ago that no WMD's had been found and no proof of any connection between Sadam and bin Laden.

This is just too damned obvious -- and I'm one of the guys who is inclined to offer the benefit of the doubt on most things political.

You read about the report and probably a few quotes from Kay. From this post, it seems as though you have not actually heard Kay speak on the subject. Is it possible that the media outlets you've used did not report everything MR. Kay had to say? Kay says the media only reported on parts of his report.

Minor hijack - USA Today isn't really considered a bubble gum paper anymore. No, it's not the New York Times or LA Times, possibly the two best papers in the country. However, USA Today has a solid reputation among newspaper men.

It doesn't matter if the media did only report part - he still said two completely different things in a week.

It sounds to me like he is being told what to say by higher powers.

The reason it sounds like he said two different things is because the media only reported half of what he said. Did YOU hear him actually say two different things or are you going my media report. Unless you hear him, you really don't kbow what he said.

do you talk him daily? is he a relative or something? if you've seen him talk, then you too have seen him through the media - the media then reports whatever he said.

LOL It's obvious that you have not even listened to the man. You base your opinion on what others decide to report. The problem with the media in this case (as well as many others), is that they decide what they want you to know and leave out the rest. Great research.

Alright I've wacthed the bickering for long enough.....

Yes I did see the original broadcast of Kay speaking about the findings in Iraq (thanks god for the CBC and BBC). What he did say that there was no cedible evidence of WMD found as of yet in Iraq, and he then went to talk about some of the various "finds" (including the so-called UAVs and the British balloon trucks). It was long and it was boring.... but pretty much in keeping with what the media has been reporting up here (and yes we do get that crap called Fox news).

CBC and BBC usually keep video or transcripts so i'll see if I can track them down and post a link......
