It's a toss up, but I think Number TWO looks best. I'm just sorta confused about the big blue thingy running down the back of the dress on Number One.

I like #2. I'm really into avant-garde design, and not looking like every other bride. Plus, the sash looks like it's ripping off the robin's-egg blue that's popping up everywhere lately.

I think I"m leaning towards #2 (I swear it looks better in person) because its very different. It reminds me of a Vera that I tried on at some point in this process (I've probably tried about 50+ dresses). I like that its a couture look - its all about the drape of the fabric.

As for pictures, since the sash would be ivory, it wouldn't make much of a difference from the front.

The shape of both of the dresses is pretty much the same - the sash dress has a slightly dropped waist, but that's the only difference in the bodice and fit. They're both silk satin, so they're comparable in fabric, as well.

There are SO MANY sash brides out there right now, that I'm wary of that style. I've yet to see another bride in the other dress, and I've looked pretty hard!

I'll let everyone know when I make a decision!

So, I'm about to order...

And I've decided on Dress #1! I tried them both on yesterday and Dress #1 totally won out. Dress #2 is pretty and unique (It's better in person, the model is just bad) but it didn't feel as good as #1.

Plus #1 has a bigger skirt and big poofy skirts are fun!

I'll be getting an ivory dress and an ivory sash; the blue is okay, but a little untraditional for my formal, traditional wedding.

I'm probably going to order today, so in 4 to 6 months, my dress should be here!
