Help me pick a dress!
So, I think I've narrowed it down to 2 dresses, and I'd like to get some opinions...
Dress #1: http://www.marisabridals.com/series10/509_front.jpg The front http://www.marisabridals.com/series10/509_back.jpg The back. I would be getting it in all ivory (ivory dress and ivory sash, unlike the blue sash shown) Dress #2 http://www.diamondbride.com/images/d...d402_front.jpg The front. http://www.diamondbride.com/images/d.../D402_back.jpg The back (and I would add length onto the back to make a longer train). Let me know what you think :) |
first one

I really like the first one the way you describe it :)
Although. if it were my own wedding, I would get it with the blue.. because azure blue & white are ADPi colors, and I could have an ADPi wedding :D :p :) ;) |
Dress one! It's so timeless and classy! I love it! It reminds me of Aubrey Hepburn in a way...
|
Definitely dress number #1 all the way! It is so gorgeous I might have to steal the style from you...ah, wait I need the engagement ring first!
|
Number One. Just gorgeous!
|
I like the first one, too. It looks very simple, yet very elegant.

Another vote for #1! :)
|
#1 hands down!
|
make this another vote for #1..its absolutely gorgeous
|
#1 was my first choice BUT #2 really does look better in person. The woman in it is so angular it makes the dress look bad. I think tha the people in the dress influence the likability of the dress. Girl #1 is soft and pretty and girl #2 is sharp and pointy
My big issue with #1 is that its SO knocked off right now. This one is a high end "interpretation" of an Amsale (i love it but can't justify 3K on a dress.. I hate that I go in David's Bridal for BM dresses and see another sash dress on the dress form. Oh well....keep 'em coming :) |
Vote
Dress one. Not question about it.
Classic lines. In 10 years, your pictures will not look dated. :) Silver |
Which dress looks better on you? Which one is more comfortable? Which one requires less "killer undergucci's"?
That's the one I'd go with. Not only are you going to be strutting down the aisle, but you will be dancing, eating (a little, any how), talking to a lot of people, etc. Make sure that your dress works with you, not against you. |
I think the above post officially qualifies me to be a mother...
