my freshman year i loved the kappa sigs..still have some good friends in the house..became pretty good friends with the pikes going into my senior year..but the fijis will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart

Lambda Chi Alpha is the best fraternity here. The guys are nice & cool to hang around with and they have the most fun mixers. (Plus I'm dating a Lambda Chi!)

A month ago (after graduation and the wedding) I moved 1,800 miles away from Houston, so I think that bid night might just be out of the question

On another note, you pledged during my last active semester. I took 5th year alum status starting Summer of 2001 since I had to do student teaching and all that stuff. Katy B., Nadia, and Catherine (DZ president) are my littles. You are more likely to know them than me

Yes I do go to UH..I am the spring 2001 class..when did you graduate? The Phi Kapp Fridays are so fun now.They haven't had strong parties like that for a long time i heard.My b/f is the social chair soo I am very happy for him.If you like country music then maybe you should go to their bid night on september 20th..They have a well known Texas country singer performing for their philanthropy.It is gonna be alot of fun.

At my school DZs are the best(I was on their Beau Court). and my second choice would have to be Phi Mu....They are really nice girls....As for Fraternities....TKE rules my school! I have a lot of friends in Phi Kappa Theta, but they are our rivals, and I would rather die than join their fraternity.......and I like the Sigma Nus at our school, but they are about to be shut down due to lack of membership.....But they are rowdy like us just smaller.....

My favorite sororities are mine because we are the biggest mix of girls on campus (and a ton of fun!) and ZTA because they are coming up on campus and are getting a lot of great girls also. My favorite fraternities are Sig Ep because I am their sweetheart and they have the absolute best parties on campus (members of other fraternities are frequently seen partying there; go figure!) and Kappa Sigma because many of my theatre friends are brothers (including one of my best friends) and they are a lot of fun to hang out with.

at UNT i favored the Kappa Sig's they were really cool, nice guys liked to have fun with girls and never started any trouble with us. Also the SAE's were pretty cool but their chapter was struggling and we tried to help their numbers during rush. As far as sororities, definitely have to pick Chi-O my ex-girlfriend was one, they are all hot and sweet girls. Secondly Kappa Kappa Gamma, they were hot but really awesome to have fun and go out with. At UTSA I would have to say Sigep and FIJI they both are really cool and fun to hang out with. As far as sororities I don't really like the ones at UTSA but if I had to choose it would be AOPi, but I rather hang out with the DZ's from St. Mary's down the road.

My favorite fraternities are PKF, of course, and BQP, I considered pledging beta my freshman and sophomore years, because I know a couple of the guys and I respected them a lot.
My favorite soroities are ACW, they are really sweet and have been really supportive of us as we are working to reopen this chapter. Also, I like the ADP here they are really sweet ladies.

Although I absolutely love all the GLO's on my campus, if I had to choose to favorites besides my own. they would have to be Phi Sigma Kappa and Theta Chi & Zeta Tau Alpha and Alpha Omicron Pi!!!!

My favorite fraternities on my campus are: Sig Eps, cause they're really sweet, and are such cuties; Lambda Chis, cause they're so down to earth and fun to party with; and SAEs, cause they're just all around cool guys.
As for sororities, besides KD's of course, I have quite a few friends in AXO, and the Gamma Phi Betas are real sweehearts. But I really do love all the fraternities and sororities on our campus because everyone in them is so unique, and I have a variety of friends in all the houses.
I think it's important that people in the greek system reach out to every fraternity and sorority on campus. It's so important that we have unity in the greek system rather than competition. So let's all make a great effort this year to get to know houses we don't know as well, as well as the ones we are close with. Together we stand, divided we fall.
