I appreciate all the lovely thoughts from everyone
Let's see if I can answer all the questions...
AggieAXO - no, haven't received a PM from you lately
bucutie - he's due on my birthday - Aug. 19
greeklawgirl - no morning sickness after the 12th week (thank heavens - that was AWFUL). I can still see my toes, but touching them is another issue...
Unfortunately I have severe bronchitis at the moment, and am being watched for signs of pneumonia. The bronchitis developed from a cold that my manager brought to work. Can I just say this loud and clear to everyone:
IF YOU ARE SICK, USE YOUR SICK DAYS -- DO NOT COME INTO WORK AND GIVE YOUR GERMS TO EVERYONE!! ESPECIALLY NOT THE PREGO-LADY!!
(thank you)
KABillyMac - I will email you as soon as I can stop coughing long enough to type. Thanks!! And I am sure that you will be present for his big day
Lifesaver - take it up with Mr. AXOAlum -- he is hell bent that no son of his (or daughter if he had it his way) will be Greek. Oh well, we'll just see about that
JAM - no cravings as of yet -- actually, I have been loving the pickles, but I loved those before I got prego. Normally I cannot eat anything spicy - even the mild salsa at Mexican restaurants is too hot for me. Well, with this nasty stuff I have right now, I haven't been able to taste ANYTHING. I was actually eating jalepenos on Saturday, and didn't have a clue! Guess that tells you how yucky I feel.
I am SUCH a Sunday Redneck (ie, NASCAR fan) and I just had to find a way to go to the race last week, so I ended up paying $85 each for tickets (Darlington Raceway SUCKS by the way - save your money for a better stadium). So there I am at the shopping mall trying desperately to find a maternity racing top for Tony Stewart (# 20 Home Depot!) -- anyway - couldn't find one of course, so I ended up buying a bright orange maternity tee-shirt. Too funny! Well Eli apparantly isn't a big race fan yet. As soon as they cranked up all the cars, he started banging away on my bladder. I think I spent more time in the potty than watching the race
