Wassup??? I know I've been gone for so long! I've actually been around, reading here and there. I'm trying to make a complete comeback though, but the life of a President has had me quite busy!

How's things going for ya?

Hey Girl!

Do you know how your step team did? I haven't checked the Latino Greeks web site, do you know if they've posted the award recipients yet?
Hope all is well, have a good week!

Gamma love,
Obi

P.S. Only 2 more weeks for our convention... Texas, here we come!

Talking We Won!

NS Gamma:

Our Southern California Step Team took 1st place ($1,000) in the competition. We also won the NALFO "Best National Community Service Award" for our TIJERAS Program (leadership and empowerment for middle school Latinas). I've been looking at NALFO.org and latinogreeks.com for a complete list of winners, but I don't think it's been posted yet.

Have fun at your convention!

LatinaAlumna,

CONGATULATIONS to your SC Stepteam and to your award! Keep up the good work.

Do you know who I can contact to talk about the step team? Do you think they might be interested in a little road trip?

I'll PM you with more details.

Once again, CONGRATS!

B Phi A

Beta Phi Alpha was started in 1994 and has 5 chapters, also some Alumn chapters are about to get established. We already have a national board, but are not under the IFC or NPHC. But I would bet anything our governing board is much more strict.

Thanks!

Thank you everybody! It was a long journey, but well worth it! We were lucky to have half of our Most Honorable Founding Mothers present this time around and they had nothing but beautiful words for us. Everybody made us feel so special! I could have stayed forever.

BTW, Prospectiverushee, YES, I am a Founder. Wonderful experience!

Omega Delta Phi began in 1987 at Texas Tech University, and has grown to over well 40 chapters, colonies, and clubs spread all over (Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Illinois, Michigan, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, California, Mexico).

Pretty good for only 15 years
