Size of chapter--goodness, at this rate I don't even know. I know my pledge class had 22 people in it, I believe. So probably somewhere around 80-100 people. It keeps growing!

Yes. The house was purpose-built for our chapter in the late 1920s and even though the chapter is currently inactive, the Sigma corp board still owns it.
