That is dead on.
Don't forget that the Jet beauty is usually like 5'5 and her body is never quite right for her early 90's style swimsuit. Her lipstick is also typically cheery red to match said bikini.

Sounds like this girl (that is if OTW & Tippie are talking about the same girl) got the fwap fwap fwap from her momma. I don't think this girl was behaving very ladylike, which is probably why her mom stepped in.
