My sister-in-law is an Alpha Gam from UGA. I love your sparkly front door...sigh....and the ferns on that pretty, pretty front porch. Oh, the times I've driven past that house and wished it was mine!

I've only seen Minnesota, Wisconsin and Northwestern. Sometime I'm going to have to make the trip down to Champaign and see Illinois's massive row for myself.
Northwestern is nice- it's kinda like a greek village built in 1900- all the houses are on university land, and all together, but old and pretty.
At Minnesota, most fraternities are together along University Avenue- and those are old, original houses that are beautiful and architecturally diverse. Then the sororities and a few other fraternities are clustered on a few blocks farther away from campus. Some of the houses are nicer than others, and they're not necessarily all together on one street.
Wisconsin is really nice. All (but 2) organizations are along Langdon Street, so fraternities and sororities are interspersed. The houses are fairly large (each hold at least 40+ people, I'd say) and most are old and of different styles as well. Also, a few of them have lake access or are directly on the lake, and I'm sooooo jealous of that.
One kind of sad thing about Wisconsin and Minnesota is, though, that when you've lived in the area for a while, you find out that other beautiful buildings in the greek neighborhoods were greek houses at one time, and many have been converted to apartments and/or not well-maintained. I'm sure this is common at many schools.

Is it true they are insured by Lloyd's of London for an ungodly amount? She told me they were Tiffany glass!

The Alpha Gamma Delta house in this picture reminds me of the Alpha Gam chapter house at Illinois Wesleyan University (see link). While at Illinois State just down the street from WIU I attended some dances held at the Alpha Gam house. Good times.

South Carolina has a village of 21 houses built just 4 years ago, all massive... they redid the entire greek system pretty much house wise.
i like Georgia's and Bama's too.

The only Greek Village I've seen are the houses at South Carolina, and they're all huge and gorgeous. I heard that the new Gamma Phi house is gorgeous too, but I haven't see it yet

Of course, I am biased, but I like Maryland's "fraternity" row (there are 3 sororities on "fraternity" row, mine included). I'll qualify that to say that the individual houses themselves are nothing extraordinary (they only house 33 members and 11 of 14 are the exact same on the outside and inside, and the other 3 are not dramatically different to the casual observer), but I like the look of the row as a unit. The houses are very classic looking, red brick, white columns. When you drive down route 1, it's the prototypical Greek row.
As for schools with gorgeous Greek housing with which I am familiar (familiar as in I've seen pictures--wish I could see them in person), my favorites are the University of Washington and Illinois. They are all so beautiful and historic with unique architecture and a variety of styles.

UF's Panhellenic Drives are beautiful. Most of the NPC sorority houses are together.
FSU's sorority houses are physically bigger than those at UF, but they are more spread out among regular streets.
UGA's sorority houses are spread out in a V arrangement among 2 or so streets. Some of them are quite nice.

Rows, or villages. Whatever. I like the layout of these two:

South Carolina greek village:
