Okay - so I'm not a hockey fan - I've experienced it, and know a little about it, but I would have to say from these responses that it is like baseball here in the US (well for those of us who are die hard baseball fans, anyway) -- so here's my deal... I love the Atlanta Braves - always have (like the song says "She's always been a Braves fan, even through the rotten years"). I know line-ups and stats and who's who and trades and all the other vital info that a die hard baseball fan knows(I'm loosening up a little now, but still pretty on top of things) - and when the Braves didn't even bother to show up for a *certain* play-off series, I was crushed. Literally - Bobby Cox and I had many many many heart to heart talks (even if he was on the tv, I
know he could hear "me" - the Braves #1 fan)!

So anyway - even through all that drama, I am thinking - you know what, AXO Alum, you are a receptionist - and no matter if the Braves won or lost, won by 1 run, or lost by 19, you are still a receptionist, and your job will STILL be waiting for you in the morning. So here I am...still a receptionist...still with a job...still with a life...and still loving my fellow GC'ers

Just some food for thought!
