Holy shee-it.
I have a lot of WoW friends. Some of them dig out of happy hour early just so they can go home and play WoW. I don't think they'd whore themselves out like this -- at least I hope now.
Judging from her picture, I think it's safe to assume that giving up the poon to get virtual currency was her only way of getting any ass.
The WoW distributors should put a disclaimer on future games: "We shall not be held liable should you contract disease, become victim to harm, etc. etc. as a result of your internet prostitution."

Consensus among the girl gamers I know is that this is fake. Within 24 hours she apparently had done the deed, got the gold, bought the horse and taken a screenshot. Highly unlikely.

My ex was OBSESSSSSSSSSSED with Ever Quest. I'd go over there to spend time with him and he'd sit there for hours. He'd get on when he woke up in the morning, and stay on till 4am. Now that he has no credit card to pay for it, he's playing WoW.
I fear that he will one day go on a shooting rampage because of this game. Some of these gamers are WAY too into it, so bad that they cannot determine reality from fantasy. Did I mention he's a pathological liar? Pretty sure he gets it from the game.

So messed up on so many levels, but I thought a few things in her "ad" were funny:
Quote:
I play a level 70 night elf druid and would prefer someone who was into roleplaying (I have a costume!)
I won't be revealing my name or his, but suffice to say if I find any of you in-game I will be killing you 280% faster
he's getting double value for his gold
So talk all the trash you want, I got MY Epic flying mound AND I got laid which is more than most of you failures can ever hope for
|
Sounds like she was a little desperate to get some... haha
Some of my friends used to be into online gaming and told me for a few bucks on ebay, you can buy whatever kind of game currency you want... not sure why she didn't go that route

Because a. it's a bannable offense if Blizzard (the parent game company) finds out and b. buying gold can pretty much ensure your account will get hacked and then subsequently banned again.
Plus this was completely fake

My bf in fact spent money to buy items on ebay for Diablo 2.
But how much does 5000 gold in WoW cost...I admit I play Neverwinter Nights and 5000 doesn't sound a lot to me, lol
And it reminds me that one South Park episode where they all sat in the basement and played WoW killing boars for days and nights just to upgrade themselves...the part where they crap on the floor was pretty bad, lol

bwhahahahaha you had me at "world of warcraft"
im not gonna repeat any of what's been said above, except i too had a friend/coworker who was OBSESSED with d&d and Everquest. he would skip staff meetings to play the damn thing. and his hard drive was old as dust, and he was spending crazy money oon what i guess was the subscription fee to play it online with other people...
yeah. but if games keeps the crazies in, so be it.
(just thought of a HORIBLE joke but its really too soon...)

I will admit that made me laugh- namely because... well... I actually play WoW...
But getting a flying mount doesn't take that long to get.
