And that's a plane Jane 67. It's not a GT, it doesn't have matching A or K code engines. It's not a Shelby or a Fastback. In terms of performance it has none. At least the GTs can keep up with a lot of cars today. Your "Stang" is nothing but a mid block 2 barrel engine that was produced in large quantities. It's a hard top, the vinyl gives it a little more but not much, and in the most perfect scenario with pristine contour parts and low mileage you couldn't sell it for more than 15. There's no chance that "the teacher" got rich selling that car to you so it doesn't matter how little he got paid for it. Your fake ass appraiser I'm sure told you all that - I'm sure he knew exactly how much it would sell for and now how much he thinks it's worth.
You can also check with the good folks at stangnet and mustang forums.

ANYWAY.....
Back to topic *cough*
This was my first car, an '89 Grand Am. However, it's previous owner was a Buckeye's fan therefore it was bright red with grey trim. It's name was Grendal

The first car I owned was a 1989 Plymouth Sundance. I still miss it. This is pretty much the color it was (only this pic is of a 1990).
The first car I drove was my parents' 1966 Plymouth Fury II. Incidentally, it was also the car that transported Mom 33 to the hospital while she was in labor with me. It was referred to as The Boat by my friends. Like 6 straight years of bad hair days wasn't enough to make me a freak, LOL.
Ours was tan though. Holy crap, I forgot how big and ugly this car was.

Wow, you and I had the same first car (just different years). I didn't know that. Cool.

My first car was a red 1997 Nissan 200SX:
Bought it during my first year of law school. Beauty of going to an urban campus- cars were absolutely unnecessary and actually a pain in the ass.
I drove my mom's car in high school:

Back in high school I was out of the country for two years so I didn't have my own car and depended on borrowing one from "Parental Authority" when I needed wheels. Mom had a Volvo wagon which was great for tailgateing or hauling a bunch of the guys around. Dad had a Lincoln Continental that he used for a work car and a Morgan for a play car. There was a Chevvy that had been around forever and Dad had it restored so John and I pretty much shared it unless one of us could talk him into the Morgan for a special occasion. The Chevvy was an old '64 Impala SS convertable, bright red with white leather seats and a white drop top. A real 60s period piece, but it was great and we loved it. John still has it and keeps it in excellent shape so that it looks almost showroom new. Sis got the Volvo and kept it until a couple of years ago when she got a Morgan of her own. When John staked his claim on the Chevvy I bought an old Plymouth Duster and kept that until I got my XJ6 4.2. That car is now 24 years old (I'm 29) and has been restored and looks fantastic. British racing green, dark chocolate leather interior, burled walnut dash. Love it.

No, see I know when to stop, I just don't. I don't think blueangel even has a notion of where that point is.

My first car was a 2000 Red Toyota Echo... the "Coke Can" as it was lovingly refered to as. But, that was also my second car, after I ran the first one over into a ditch and flipped it. That was NOT a fun morning... But, the 2nd Echo met it's demise with a soccer mom in Franklin who decided she was above stop signs... the "coke can" had to be recycled after that
