This "contract" cannot have come out of the blue. He's probably been abusing her all along (emotionally, if not physically/sexually). He allegedly kidnapped her.
I hope his wife took the kids and got away from that sick man. Perhaps she could leave him a blow-up doll as a parting gift. He certainly seems to think of her as little more than an animated blow-up doll...

On the 2nd or 3rd page he talks about her being able to earn "Good Behavior Points" for days off of doing whatever he demands. She can also loose GBP's for not doing something he commanded, or doing something he didn't command, or not doing something she didn't think he wanted her to do, but he really wanted her to do it, but she didn't do it because she thought he wouldn't want it...you get the idea.
