Two things I noticed...........
Miss Virginia should have gotten a better picture, she looks plastic.
A few of them have performed at the Pacific NW Ballet here in Seattle......
But no, I won't be watching. Toby Keith's a bit more interesting.....

They're doing the introductions right now. I can't hear the contestents over the background music.
Why does everybody's hair look greasy?

I knew it wasn't just me that couldn't hear. Most of the contestants were well-spoken during their introductions, so I think there may be some kinks to work out. Some of the hair looks...interesting, but all of it isn't greasy. Definitely self-styled but not greasy.
I loved seeing Miss Wyoming sign her introduction!
I can happily cheer for Miss Georgia because she's a Georgia Bulldog!

I got sucked in...what can I say.
It's a very unfortunate year for hair and dresses I must say. Bleh.
Miss Oregon is really pretty-like, naturally pretty, compared to some of the contestants who are very "pagenty".
Gotta cheer for Miss Texas though-and she had a cute dress on!

The dresses are awful this year. Dreadfully tacky.

Ok, Miss Pennsylvania is very pretty, but I couldn't stop staring at how much her ribs were sticking out! Eat a sandwich already!!
I'm taking the bottle of self tanner away from Miss D.C. as punishment for abuse of it.

Meow!!
I've been watching this pagent since I was about four, maybe five. This is absolutely the most boring and strangest one yet! And not because of the Las Vegas move - the host, the slow pace, and the women.
The winner is definitely going to depend on the judges' personal views on glamour. I already picked my winner, I'm just trying to figure out the other four!

Miss Georgia and Miss PA are my favorites. Miss Georgia's shoes looked like stilts! Uh oh Miss PA almost tripped.

I like Ms. Georgia's formal dress. The pace is slow this year. I bet its going to cost viewers for next year's pageant.

James Denton has a nice voice, but he's a boring host. This is making me drowsy.

I think that trip may have cost Miss PA the contest. And James "Nyquil" Denton is putting me to sleep. Should be fun to see what KR posts tonight!!
The Final Four (isn't it Five?)
Miss VA*
Miss OK
Miss DC
Miss GA*
Miss AL*
*members of GLOs.
I have to rearrange my thoughts - I thought Miss Texas was a lock!
ETA: Miss AL's photo is on Yahoo's home page, fwiw.

There's no pizzazz to this production at all. There's really nothing to keep me wanting to watch (And the backstage host's dress is awful. It looks like a bridesmaid dress). It is nice to see the talent portion back, though.
Does anyone else have the urge to watch "Drop Dead Goregous?"
