Hello! I graduated in 2000 and live three hours away so I haven't really gotten into the Beta Sigma Phi thing yet.

How are Phi Sigs doing? Is Julie W. around much? I ran into her at a wedding a couple years ago but really haven't talked to her since.

Julie is pretty good, she is now the Regional Colleigate Director for the Michigan region, which is pretty cool.

I actually was curious: why do several of the members still call themselves AOX? I know thats the chapter name now, but it seemed kinda odd to us that even the new members are refering to themselves on myspace, facebook and in public, as Alpha Theta Chi... I thought you ladies were to be called Beta Sigma Phi... like I said, just seemed a little odd to us...

Probably because we've been AOX for 16 years and it's hard to change names.

I'm just an AOX, I was never initiated into BSP.

i bought a flute off of ebay day before yesterday & received it last night - and promptly went to the closest music store today to buy sheet music!!!

i'm sooooo excited!!!
i used to play the flute back in middle school, then ended up playing the trombone (yeah, the more "feminine" instrument! haha) in the high school marching band...
and i've missed the flute ever since.

so now i have my own!

anyone wanna start a band??? i have the guitar, trombone, piano & flute covered! LOL!!!
