HAHAHAHAHA.

S&S, don't feel bad. Just means the Deltas are preparing to take over the world. Along with the Lambda Chis.

Note to self: marry Lambda Chi.

Mystic's right

Mystic -- you explained and/or defined it well, exactly what I was
meaning to say. No particular reason, just seems like some of us
have the time. I am long-retired, a shut-in, and aside from a few
volunteer activities, I am home a lot, bellied up to the machine.
Geeky, KD and their porcine pals seem to thrive in an otherwise
milieu.
ya did good, Mystic!

In this thread, Erik P Conard, a mysoginist, calls myself and other women on GC swine-like and repugnantly fat.

In this thread, we notice the double standard on GC.

Using this logic, we can come to a few more conclusions.

-Many of the NPC and NPHC groups' fora have more posts than those of the top NIC groups. AKA, in particular, has almost 85,000 posts in their forum! Therefore, they must all be more major than the NIC groups.

-There are not too many posters from IU on GC. Most of the posters from IU are alums, not active members. Therefore, the IU Greek system, which was apparently weak to begin with, must be dead.

Either that or...maybe more people from some schools and GLOs know about this place than people from other schools/GLOs. There's an easy way to change this. Know someone from an underrepresented GLO or school who would be a good poster? Tell them about GC!

I have to say the usage of the word porcine is hilarious. You gotta admit the reintroduction of such an obscure word into daily language is somewhat funny.

Anyway, from what I understand he calls your friends fat and pig-like, not you; so you're OK!

If I were you, I would reply in kind and call his friends "bovine".

Porcine coeds on the campi?

Heavens to mergetroid!

BTW, I've seen her in the flesh and if Danielle's considered porcine, I'm elephantine.

So am I. I might as well become Republican and pledge allegiance to Martin Luther if I have to be elephantine.

And good point, Rudith.

indeed true....some of you may be ursine, ovine, feline, canine,
lupine--course--one does not have to be a fatso to be ugly.

Did someone forget to take his nappy-wappy, and now he's not playing nice with the other kids?

If kddani is porcine, then most women are seriously obese!

Boy has this thread gone off target!

I think two things are clear, women post more than men and members of the Divine 9( men and womens groups) post more than than NIC Groups.
The NIC numbers are skewed by heavy posters like Tom Earp, Delta Sig Stan and others.
My guess is that Zete, DKE and other smaller groups don't post a lot due to smaller size, a general attitude among men not to let others in on their affairs and a lingering elitism that some smaller groups no longer deserve.

we'run the gamut...

let's just toss in all the groups, clubs, everyone with either a
greek name or wannabees...
SO, Alpha Kappa Alpha seems to be the top fraternity poster,
not individually, but postings using this name.
There are others who have posted a goodly number. Zeta Psi is
not one nor is St Anthony or St Elmo. Forsooth!

Yes, they can be ugly on the inside and we have you to provide a shining beacon of how that is possible.
