Okay, since no one else had said this yet or has yet to notice, why did Beyonce have on the same outfit that she wore to an awards show not too far back. If I am not mistaken she preformed in the outfit. That was the first thing that I notice on her, then the hair and then her un-lady like manner. Did she think we would not notice? At one point they put the camera on her section and her a Jay-Z were missing and my friend stated that they were probably out getting a quickie in those short shorts she was sporting. If that was not the same outfit, then she had on very similar outfit to that one.

My roommate noticed the same thing about Marc Anthony walking over and standing right in front of Diddy. They plaaaayed him.

I wish Beyonce and Jay-Z would stopping speaking in code. Everyone knows they're together. Just stop.

Beyonce's father was not dressed for the occasion. He looked like he was about to roll to a cookout.

We were waiting all night long for Dave Chappelle to do something "funny." So disappointing.

Did anyone notice how Omarion sang the songs of all the nominees except for Jessica Simpson? She is so tired.
Does anyone see her when she performs, how she moves her neck, lips, and moves her fingers on her broken wrists...like she's putting the "stank" on it.

I noticed it too. The outfit she had on was VERY similar to the jacket dress she wore to the VMAs last year and even MORE similar to the outfit that she performed in on the same night. She needs to give up gold, lace, and rhinestones as a combination for a while...and that HUGE hair. Looks like an animal just sat on top of her head...

I thought that was Vivaca, but my boyfriend was like, "Naw that ain't her." And he had the nerve to say that that was Beyonce's natural hair-meaning not bought glued, weeved, or sewn in. Yea whatever. I think some guys like to believe the illusion.

And what is Lil'Kim trying to do? Shock everybody for publicity? I'm not a fan, but she wasn't a bad looking sistah, but now with all the lip work and nose work she looks very different and not better.

And what happened to Dave Chappelle hosting the show?

And did anyone see Lauren Hill? They announced her name in the beginning of the show.

Someone posted pics of "B" wearing HER hair on the AVE. It was all damaged looking. She had on a black dress... It's somewhere over there.

nelly and christina's performance confused me. i spent the whole time wondering, "WTF IS GOING ON!!!"

i, too, caught mark anthony (who aint eva been on no vma show) standing in front of puffy

chaka. chaka. chaka. her singing was ALMOST as bad as kanye's whole performance! she sounded a mess and he was boring.

i'm glad yall caught what usher was saying cuz i couldn't understand nothing. all i know is that i was tired of seeing him allllll through the show. and how he gone still lil jon's "yeah" trademark and not at least let the man thank his mamma?? that aint right.

beyonce had that whole orange-oompa loompa look going and i don't approve. the hair was a mess.

and i gotta agree with RBL. omarion cannot sing!! but hell, neither can jessica simpson! when i was listening to her, i was thinking, "is that all it takes?"

I didn't watch the whole thing, but after reading some of your comments it's makes me wonder if the artists don't bring their "A-Game" to the MTV Music Video Awards.

I mean it's MTV and not the Grammys.

And why is MTV hosting music video awards shows when they don't even play music videos.
