Rose: I got a phat raise tonight at work! I'll be making the same amount at Job #2 that I do subbing so I'm excited!!!

Rose: We have our Grand Opening this weekend for work.

Bud: I've been asked by the Chapter Advisor of Theta Beta (Case Western) to help with recruitment at the end of January!!

Bud: My big is moving back to Cleveland from Maryland and wants to get involved in the Alum chapter so now I'll get to see her more often!!

No Thorns! Life is good right now!!

Rose: I start my internship on Tuesday! This is the last thing I have to do before graduation, and I will be interning until the beginning of May. I will be interning in the Opelika City School District, doing a bunch of stuff, like working with school counselors, social workers and parent coordinators. I'm going over there tommorow to meet everyone. I'm kinda nervous about starting, so send good thoughts my way!

Rose: I recieved my acceptance yesterday to Appalachian State University. I'm going to grad school!!

Rose: I'm sitting in the Paris Hilton hotel and my room overlooks the Eiffer Tower.

Thorns: it is zero degrees, snowing and the wind chill is in the negatives. Brrr. Il fait froid!

Wow DGMarie, it may be freezing and snowing, but at least you're in PARIS!! WOW!!
Congrats to you AUDG! You'll be in the land of all my relatives. Get some warm clothes - it snows up there in the mountains!

Rose: I have decided to attend ...for grad school! I'll be getting my Masters in School Counseling!

Rose: I just got offered two jobs in one day!!! A 3rd grade position and a 5th grade position. :-)

I finished student teaching in December of 04 and taught two back to back interim jobs (5th and 2nd grades), so this will be my first OFFICIAL year of teaching...I'm thrilled!! I don't know which one to pick...I'm leaning towards the 5th grade because it's on the team I student taught with (and I **LOVE** them); but 3rd would be fun to (just in different ways).

Marie! I can't believe you were on this side of the atlantic and we didn't get together! I'm sorry I missed you. Anyway, we had a Germany DG get together in Frankfurt and it was awesome! Just thought I would share!

Rose - YES WE DID!

Bud - I applied for several jobs this weekend, as well as an auto loan, so I'm excited to see if any of these things come to fruition!

Thorn - I'm behind on pretty much all of my bills and one loan in particular that I know I could just pay off if I made an effort...very frustrating!

We found out two days ago that my boss is leaving. He and I were REALLY close, and with my parents leaving this year that means I have noone to count on up here. Luckily, I know two of the candidates for his job and one of them I could easily become just as close to.
