UK should be fighting Miss-Stake Univ. for worst team in the SEC.
Texass #8??? I guess they win another recruiting championship. They'll probably end up with 2 losses by nov. again.
LSU, in my opinion, won't repeat and probably won't win the SEC West. Their road games are a mutha.

That's close to where Oklahoma was ranked starting the 2000 season.
Anything can (and often does) happen in CFB.

Phsss... whatever. That's not even going to be a fight. I believe we've proven ourselves horrible time and time again. Why must people still doubt us?

Can someone explain why the Ole Miss and Miss St. game is called the Egg Bowl?

Basically because in 1926 when Ole Miss won @ Miss. St. the Ole Miss fans decided they needed to take down the goalposts. A fight broke out injuring several people. They decided they needed a token for winning the game that would keep the fans calm. So, the "Golden Egg", which is a gold-plated football (egg shaped), was decided on. Was first played for on Thanksgiving Day, 1927.

Marcus Vick - suspended for next season.

There was a lot of press lately about his run-ins with the law, but I'm surprised it got to this point.

Vanderbilt should give UK and Miss St. a run for who's worst.
Texas will lose at least one game in the Big XII south, maybe 2 when they play at Tech. Tech just has their number.

Vandy might actually surprise some people this year. They could finish as high as 4th in the East Division.
Hopefully the Hogs can add another loss to UT on Sept. 11, that would be nice.

That's not far-fetched at all. Seeing as Arkansas already beat them in their own house. Texas is set for a "rebuilding" year this year after losing some of its best players last year.
Benson is overrated -- put up all of his stats by running up the score on the likes of New Mexico State type teams.
Young is a good scrambler, but hasn't shown much of an arm. He's pretty one-dimensional.
It'll be a fun game to watch.

That would be AwEsOmE if TECH beat TEXAS. I was at the game 2 years ago in Lubbock when TECH beat TEXAS and it was AWESOME!!! Who knows with Tech though...we are so unconsistent!!! LOL!
GO TECH!!!!!!

yeah, we've got our own rebuilding year, that's what will make it interesting.
Benson is very overrated, I think they, as a team, rushed for like 26 yards against us last year.
Young is like Matt Jones without the experience of making big plays when they are needed. Hopefully Matt can smoke them again this year. The crowd in Fayetteville will be crazy, the game isn't until 7:45 on ESPN. That's a lot of tailgating.
Should be very entertaining, as will the Ark. v. LSU game in Little Rock Nov. 26, which I will be at again...maybe another miracle win is in the books.
